needs more books calling this MERCH STORE a bookstore is being generous. had a wide selection of University of central florida shirts and merch and a built in coffee shop for convenience. overall very good

7/2/24 Very stressed over not getting books on time--from another seller...called UCF bookstore this morning and got a very courteous clerk named Kris, he was so prompt and positive, found just what I needed and held it for me !EXCELLENT customer service! Kris modeled it!
