I bought two iPhones from here and service one was a iPhone 15 and one 13! Got stuck with a phone that only has an Esim and after I updated it, and activated it it’s got some kind of software issue that Apple said is carrier problem I spent over 600$ in this store went back at least 6 times, have called and went to customer care, escalated tech support and I’m STILL stuck with a phone they won’t exchange or return or help me activate or fix, it’s locked and now I have paid a month of 60$ service with a insurance plan 12$ I can’t even use! I can’t return it, they won’t help me, manager won’t do anything and they don’t care (said I’m past 7 day return policy) even though I’m was told 4 times to come back when the guy was there and sent away! So buyer beware I’m now stuck with a a useless brand new iPhone 15 I can’t use LOCKED nobody can activate and basically am just out 375$ what a waste of time and money! They really suck on the phone and can't verify identity because they can notvtect a phone that isn't activated and they keep directing me back ti this pile of crap store! Management was supposed to contact me last week exchange it I never heard anything and spent 40 hours trying to get help! Completely useless they cold care less even blamed me for updating the phone saying its my fault and nobody can help so I am beyond dissatisfied! No custom service zero cares I would of gotten more phone but after this experience I see they can care less and once you PURCHASE the phone you stuck in a plan you didn't even know that you have 25$ in insurance and zero customer service or useful help
Don't waste your time or money they are not able to help if you have any issues once you pay your dead!

I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .
