I bought a phone a few days ago and the lady who helped me was very kind, but I went today because of an error on the phone and the man who was there didn't want to help me at all. Store owner, look for friendlier staff, that man didn't even let me speak. I'm going to I do not recommend changing companies to anyone 07/23/2024

Went to store at 9:30 to buy a device & add a plan. Store should be open according to hours posted on Google & the store itself & store closed.

store wasn't helpful except for putting on a screen protector for my new phone but as far as activating my boost Infinity account they were unable to help. however if you need PC work done or something fixed on electronics these people that wants to see.

Location: 490 N. Semoran Blvd Orlando, Fl 32807Very poor customer service & Demeanor from Bianca Pomales, attended me with rudeness by saying, I'm on the phone now & I can only attend you if you have a payment! I stated my phone was not working & went in to explain in detail, she stated I don't know what to tell you, & suggested a new phone, I'm thinking to myself she is not very helpful, nor looks like she wants to help, I ask questions regarding the differences in phones & with rudeness she would respond, After almost 15 years with BOOST this is a place I would NOT recommend anyone to go into, nor shop there. VERY POOR & Bad experience, among other things done without my authorization.
