If I could give them a zero, I would. I switched services from boost and they still autopay my account .They apparently cannot cancel payments and I have to call my bank to dispute. Every month, they try to put your card on autopay! If I decline the first time, don’t ask again!No information for corporate, no supervisors can do it! I literally just got robbed!!!Currently heading to the BBB

Got there at 4:30 to pay a bill (Reluctantly because I wanted to switch to a new company anyways) they post a clock saying they’ll be back at 4:35 waited til 5 still nobody there. Just goes to show you the incompetence of the company because honestly Boost Mobile is the worst. Bad signal in most areas. Unhelpful customer service.
