I had a frustrating experience at Boost Mobile when attempting to add a second line. Initially, I was told I needed to upgrade my account, but an employee suggested creating a new $25.00/month account for the second line, which I agreed to. I purchased a second phone for $100, which included 5G service, a Motorola phone (disappointing), and the first month of service.However, upon leaving the store, I realized the phone only worked on in-store Wi-Fi. At home, the cellular link was non-functional, rendering the phone usable only with Wi-Fi. Despite the promised 5G service, the phone proved incapable of 5G connectivity. The situation raises concerns about the necessity of the monthly subscription for a phone that primarily relies on Wi-Fi.In addition to the initial issues, it appears there was misinformation and discrepancies in the new account setup. Contrary to the promised $25/month plan, I discovered that I was enrolled in a $40/month plan. This not only constitutes a breach of trust but also points to misrepresentation and overcharging. I was misled, overcharged, and sold services that failed to meet my requirement of obtaining a second phone number on the Boost Mobile network.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I switched services from boost and they still autopay my account .They apparently cannot cancel payments and I have to call my bank to dispute. Every month, they try to put your card on autopay! If I decline the first time, don’t ask again!No information for corporate, no supervisors can do it! I literally just got robbed!!!Currently heading to the BBB

So would of that this place was open cause it says opens at 10 come by this place had the open sign on but the door was locked even tried calling the number on the door about 13 times no answer

Damaged my phone beyond repair. I called to see if I was due for an upgrade, not only did I need the new one but I hated the system the broken phone had. The woman on the phone was very thorough. She explained I could get a replacement shipped to me the next day, but it would push my upgrade date back 6mths. But if I could wait the 5 days until the upgrade, I would be good to go. I waited the few days to get the upgrade and was in and out of the store within an hour.

Buyers Beware!! The manager, Dianexi N at the boost mobilelocated at 5422 N. Orange Blossom Trail, Unit 200, Orlando, FL 32810 is misleading the public and selling faulty phones. Boost mobile advertises that pre-owned phones are covered under a year 90 Day Limited Replacement Warranty. Dianexi N is not offering any type of guarantee on the phones that she is selling, because she is well aware that the phones she is selling are not up to par and does not meet Boosts normal standards. My son’s phone was acting up with in a week of purchase and then stopped working all together before the first bill was even due. The manager has refused to assist in any type of way and has left a 14 year old without a phone. Do not purchase any pre-owned phones from this location! I will also be reporting to the BBB to prevent other customers from being mislead and wasting their money.

I went to this location in hopes of turning my phone back on but I couldn't because T-Mobile locked the phone so I had to purchase a new one. I was paired with the guy named Alex and he seemed genuinely happy to help me. Sadly Alex did the opposite. I wanted to get the new iPhone 12 Pro Max but since they weren't out yet he told me it would be BEST to just lease the iPhone 12 and wait until the pro max comes out. He said and I quote "Once it drops you'll be able to come in and trade this one back in" IT WAS A LIE AND HE KNEW THIS! I'm assuming they get some type of commission if they sell the newest iPhones so he just scammed me into buying this phone. I'm now stuck with paying it off INCLUDING the screen protector AND phone case. If I did decide to get a new phone I will still be forced to pay the remaining balance off on this phone and the accessories! That's completely ridiculous and so evil of him to do. I don't recommend this location AT ALL! They clearly know NOTHING about how things work with the company they work for. I know to do more research myself before stepping foot in another establishment so this is just a lesson. It's still completely disgusting the way he stood there and lied in my face about being able to trade this phone in with no problems. Just gross!
