My ipad was very damaged and seemed, to them and to apple, beyond repair. They worked magic and it’s now good as new. Im impressed with the repair work. Took off 2 stars for poor management and communication.

So I was skeptical as a long-term Verizon Wireless client…. Now that changed when my wife and I met Renata, she provided the best customer service and made my wife feel comfortable. Please only ask for her, I mean, if you want the best service and a reason not to be mad at your phone company you can’t go wrong.
