Boost broke my heart big time, they would not let me change my plan, I used all my Data up on Internet and I just want to restarted my plan, they told me I had wait to Friday last week, if I am willing to paid for it to restart my plan, and you take my money and let me restart my plan, now is the Customer Right , Correct me if I am Wrong or Right and I had to wait and Buy 5 GB to to get through for close to week, it not looking good in my eyes and ? Thumbs Down.

I have been with boost for over 5 years, needed a new phone and they refused to make a deal, went to the competitors they gave me the phone I wanted from Boost at no charge, and paying less monthly with unlimited everything. So I said BYE BOOST thanks for nothing. No appreciation for loyal customers.
