The sales rep literally wanted to charge me 100$ extra so she can make the comission. She was forcing me to buy applecare thru boost and said i can cancel it next month if i dont want to keep it.

At first getting the deal for the iPhone 15 I was excited & only having to pay 99 but, was told by Nery that it was walking out the door $259. I did not come prepared to pay that amount but, with taxes I figured. She told me the phone case & screen protector comes in the deal but, what I wasn’t explained is that I spent 70 dollars alone on just the case, screen protector & another 38 for set up fee which I did not ask to set it up as I could of done it at home for free. Here’s the kicker Nery decided to add $12 boost protection to my bill without asking so when I’m paying 72 dollars for a 60 dollar plan which I was told I signed up for which I did not. Be careful & ask all questions because I’m still cleaning up things added to my account I did not ask for. She was nice but, good way to get me distracted so I don’t ask why I’m paying almost 300 dollars for a phone I got discounted for only 100 I for sure will be going back to my Alafaya location at least she makes sure I spend as less possible & throughly explains everything. Definitely feel like she just wanted a sale.

The guy I just talked to on the phone is a jerk and hung up on me. I’ll make sure I’ll get ahold of Jack Johnson to let him know what’s kinda employee this kid is. He is trying to quote a phone making you buy accessories. You don’t have to buy a bundle. Don’t let this kid force you to buy a bundle. Buy your phone and plan and go away.
That’s why Amazon is there.

Got a new phone here today and I have to say that the service was probably some of the best phone service I've ever gotten in my life. The first things first right when I walked in the door my daughter who has had a cough for over a week now coughed so hard she accidentally vomited which is the first for us. That is neither here nor there. The woman behind the counter sprung into action. She without question or shame helped me clean up the vomit while consoling my daughter. I was blown away by that. And then on top of that she helped me switch my service over from MetroPCS in maybe 30 minutes.. I was in and out so fast I was shocked. Typically the process takes like an hour but I have even been in there as long as 2 hours that other stores

The lady that works in the mornings and afternoons is the absolute BEST!!
