Bravo Supermarkets, with over 70 locations from New York to Florida, are neighborhood grocery stores that cater to their communities with a variety of products. Each store is independently owned and operated, making each one unique to its neighborhood. Customers can find a large selection of specialty and international products, fresh meat, seafood, produce, and more. The stores are especially known for providing foods of Caribbean culture, with many offering traditional items like salted cod fish and a wide range of salted fish varieties, though some customers note that the selection and prices for typical products can be limited or poor. The food court within Bravo is highly praised, with many customers enjoying the breakfast and lunch options. The lunch menu is described as the best around, with meals cooked from the heart by friendly staff, often Latin women, and a bonus of a free water bottle with each meal. The food is highly recommended, especially before 3 pm when items tend to sell out quickly. While the shopping experience can sometimes be chaotic, especially in the parking lot, customers appreciate that the store remains open during holidays. Some visitors have experienced confusing moments with staff regarding product availability but still consider Bravo a good place for Caribbean foods. Overall, Bravo Supermarkets are valued for their community focus, cultural food offerings, and convenient hours.
