I have to shop here due to some specialty ingredients, but the service is always horrible. They are all very rude every single time I go. The cashier wouldn't even look at me or say a word then turned her back on me when it was time for me to pay. Such an awkward situation.

Not only prices are way higher than their competitors, the customer service is the worst! Hot food service area is a mess, everyone jumps in front of each other and employees do not know what they are serving or assist you with how you can purchase items. Then when you go to pay not even a hello from the cashier, didn't tell me the total of my purchase and when we said "thank you, have a nice day" couldn't even say your welcome. Going to Sedanos instead!

OMG! their seafood is so fresh! The meats are fresh and cheap. It's rare that you stand long for the line at the cashier. You are in and out. Great selection of hot food.

Bravo supermarkets, you can get a lot of products for Latinamerican and us. Vegetables, fruits and meats have a reasonable price. Also has fish market. If you want to eat Spanish food they also has a restaurant.Overall it’s a place that has everything.

Variety of Deli food items cooked freshly and good seasoning. Plenty of sitting area to eat your meal on property both indoors and outdoors. Reasonable price.

Nice interior and it looked clean. I wish there was more selection. The layout reminded me of Sprouts supermarket. I liked it.

Price gouging on everything as college starts. No business integrity. Shameful.

Bad experience when trying to buy food. The one who attends was very rude when using her hands for me to move from the site. I was the l. And the people who are last from thr line. I couldn't move. . The one who had to move was the cashier. I live in this area for almost 30 years .And the people who are coming to this country are not assimilated into the american culture. They scream. Are this if were Latin American country. I will not visit this Market again.

There was parking available. The store looked clean and uncluttered. The produce looked fresh and well displayed. Most meats are cut and packaged on site daily. There is a seafood section for fresh seafood. This store carries mostly Hispanic products and some items from the Caribbean such as Sodas and tinned stuff. There is also a takeout area with cooked food (mostly hispanic) and pastries. The prices are comparable to other grocery stores but the selection is limited and it's smaller in size. I like the meat selection particularly because most meats are cut and packaged on site daily and not frozen solid. They also carry produce from the Caribbean that's hard to find in other grocery stores.

Perfect supermarket for those seeking a latin stocked market. Felt right at home as a born and raised puertorican wanting to grab gorceries from my island.

Good supermarket with good produce & meat departments. Hot food bar is definitely overpriced! Please consider charging less. The fresh juices are $4.75 for a small cup with mostly crushed ice & almost no juice. $8.99 for a square of lasagna with no sides added! Next time I am skipping the hot food bar altogether.

Supermarket offers great variety in Latin products and food. However today I decided to try their kitchen for some prepared food and paid $16 for maybe at best 5 pieces of chicken (dark meat). Should have read the reviews warning of over gouging pricing! Yikes!

this is disrespectful, the full plate of rice and 2 pieces of meat. I REGRET NOT SEEING ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FIRST. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This is the best Bravo I’ve visited, definitely better than the ones in SoFlo. Great deals on some of the produce, especially the cilantro and ajo; love the assortment of fresh fish! You don’t see that everywhere.Awesome friendly, helpful, even happy service from three people today. I noted that the community respects this store because the parking lot today is spotless. There weren’t carts all over the parking lot; people put them away. The store had an organized good feel to it.I got a big bunch of clean cilantro for only 50 cents! Plus potatoes, onions, and peeled garlic for pretty good prices, less than Publix for sure. They also have molcajetes and stuff you can’t find elsewhere.
