I have been taking my cars and my daughter's to Bronco Johns and are always very happy with their service, promptness and honesty. This week I took my Nissan pick up because it was leaking coolant fluid. The next day Keith called to say car was fixed and that only had a loose hose clamp. They could've told me it was any other thing and taking advantage of me because being a woman I usually have no idea. Thank you Keith for being so professional.

Had the 6L90 transmission in my 2011 Chevy Express work van rebuilt after it started to slip between shifts. It had 208,800 miles on it.
They quoted a narrow price range and a pretty confident pickup date. Both quote and pickup date was met.
I've officially put 10,200 miles on it without a hiccup. I had a great experience.

I recently visited Bronco Johns for a transmission swap service request on my Lexus IS250, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the entire process. From beginning to end, every aspect of their service was truly remarkable, leaving me thoroughly impressed. To begin, let's discuss the pricing. Initially skeptical of the quoted $450 for the transmission replacement, especially considering other (MUCH HIGHER) quotes I had received, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the manager Rick. Not only did they adhere to their quoted price, but the quality of their workmanship surpassed my expectations. The team are consummate professionals. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process, addressing all my inquiries with expertise and patience.Though I was initially nervous out that they typically only worked on trucks/ and SUVs Their comprehensive knowledge of Lexus vehicles, particularly the IS250, instilled confidence in me that my car was in capable hands. They completed the transmission replacement efficiently and even faster than we had anticipated Their commitment to delivering exceptional results while minimizing inconvenience to customers is commendable. Upon receiving my car back, I was delighted to find it running as expected, the shape even drove the car multiple times and tested all the gears before considering the job being complete. Overall, I highly recommend Bronco Johns to anyone in need of automotive services Their transparency, fair pricing, and superb workmanship make them a standout choice for reliable and trustworthy service. I am grateful for the positive experience and will undoubtedly return for any future automotive needs for surpassing my expectations and providing exceptional service!

ZERO STARS!!! They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks. Keith states he doesn’t know when the mechanic can figure out the problem. Take your vehicles somewhere else. You may have to take legal action. I will elaborate when my vehicle is returned to me.

Have been taking my trucks here for a few years, have never ripped me off, or suggested thongs not needed. But because they are so great, they are very busy!

I went there a couple of months ago to change the adjustable upper control arms that I bought for my Ford F150. I spoke to a gentleman about whether they were able to carry out the necessary repairs. He confirmed that they were capable and allowed me to book an appointment for 8 am on the following day. I dropped my truck off, spoke to a different person, who indicated that he was the owner and once again I showed him the parts that I had and confirmed with them that they would carry out the necessary work and I left. The work was to install the new upper control arms, align the truck, perform a suspension check, and do an oil and filter change. I received a phone call around 11 am explaining that my front wheel bearing needed to be changed for the alignment to happen. I authorize the purchase of the part and the repair. I got another call at around 4 pm saying that the truck was ready for pickup. I paid and spoke to the owner briefly and he said that there was nothing else that needed attention. I collected my keys and pulled out. After making a right turn out of the car park onto the main road, I realized that the steering wheel was not set straight. I immediately turned around and went back. I explained what happened and one of the workers took the truck to the workspace to fix it. I chatted with the owner for 20 minutes and the truck was brought back out to me. I pulled out and left, and although the steering wheel was not 100% straight, I continued home because it was now past their closing time. There was still a suspension noise and I meant to take it back to them to check out what the noise was and attempt to fix the steering again. One week and three days later, I was driving home and was about 200 feet away from my house, thankfully not driving too fast, and BAM! There was a loud noise and the steering went haywire! I immediately stopped and jumped out of my truck to see what had happened. To my surprise, my front passenger wheel was tilted inward and not centered in the wheel well. The upper control arm was loose where it was supposed to be bolted onto the wheel hub. The nut was out and I found it on the lower control arm. I paid $1,600 to nearly lose my life, or get into an accident! Thank God it didn't happen when I was on the highway or something. I ended up getting a mechanic to put it back together just so that I could drive home and he said that it was clear that they had not tightened the nut. I did not go back to the shop because if they couldn't do it right the first time, then I'm sure they couldn't do it right the second. Plus I could never feel safe driving any vehicle that went there for repairs. If you cherish your life and passengers, you know what to do. I'm scarred by this event and feel insecure sometimes while driving, even though my mechanic has checked and rechecked every nut and bolt that they might have touched. By the way, the reason I didn't let my mechanic do it in the first place is that I would have had to take it for an alignment immediately after changing the parts and it made sense to change the parts and get it aligned at the same place to avoid driving out of alignment and having the tires cut on my way to an alignment shop.

Took my 2020 Gladiator there today for an alignment after I installed my new lift. Staff members, especially Keith, the manager, were super friendly and helpful. I’m not kidding when I say the price here was half of what I’d been quoted anywhere else. Not only that, the Jeep rides much smoother than before. The price was so good I opted for additional services such as tire balance and rotation. I will definitely be going back and recommending a few more friends. Thank you to Jeeper’s Den for suggesting that I get the work done at Bronco John’s!!!Services: Wheel alignment
