Booked a 3 night stay here for our Disneyworld trip and we got a two queen sized bed suite. Upon arrival, we noticed that the the lobby was being renovated and we could not access the main entrance. They did have signs up though directing us to go to the side of the building. We walked on in and the worker greeted us. I set my luggage down at one of the tables and went to check in. Check in was not until 3pm and the room that I had picked on the 7th floor was not ready yet. The worker did let me know that I could check in early for an extra fee of $35 or that I could wait for the room to be ready. I decided to pay the early check in fee since it was only 11am and we still had time to go up and rest. He processed the paperwork, checked me in, and I was offered cookies and water as I departed the desk. Once upstairs, our room was easy to find and we were now staying on the 6th floor. We walked into our suite and it was very nice, updated, clean, and smelled good. I quickly blasted the AC and it too worked great. We had a dining table, mini fridge, two TV's, a big couch / bed, a full sized closet, and microwave all in our room! Housekeeping came everyday of our stay even though we did not request it, so thank you! It was very nice to walk into a clean room after a long day at the parks. The housekeepers were also very friendly and said hi to us when we walked past them in the hall.We visited the pool for a few hours on Saturday and it was pretty busy as most of the chairs and tables were being used. We luckily were able to find one where I could lay and tan. The grounds surrounding the pool area are well kept and the grass is lush and green. The splash pad for kids was not open at this time. We had a few drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was very friendly! We had no issues during our stay and we felt safe while we were there. Can't wait to see what the lobby will be like once its done being renovated!Disney shuttles are provided to and from the parks. We only used it once and the ride was great!

The room is nice but the lobby is undergoing renovations which is fine. It looks like it will be nice when it's done, however, there are only two elevators in the entire building and only 1 was working. This leads to a congestion of people trying to go up to their rooms at night and so there is a about a 30 minute wait in line to be able to get on an elevator. Instead we walked down the corridor and to the stairs even though I was heavily pregnant I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to be able to get to my room. Im a Silver status member and 3 nights away from a gold status so I stay at the Hilton frequently but I'm disappointed at this specific location. Also the hotel shuttle only goes to the Disney parks, not Disney springs, which we were going to for cirque du Soleil.

Review from Hilton Honors Diamond (POOR)Not Diamond Worthy. No hot water. Every night. Tv cupboard door won’t close. Put on non preferred floor. Air condition stopped working over night, room was 84 degrees at 4:20 AM. Could not sleep. Construction everywhere, small food menu, have to eat outside in humidity or take to room. No cleaning services except every other day. Bugs in room, see pictures, window leaks when it rains. This is not why I give all my business to Hilton. Offered me free breakfast for my trouble or one fee night out of a $1,400 stay. I don’t want my money or breakfast, I want the accommodations I booked for, the Hilton Honors treatment. The Diamond status I earned treatment. Every day I complain, it’s the absolute worst and I have stayed in hiltons for more than 1,000 nights. Diamond for 6 full years. Hilton honors member for 13. I know what it means to be at a Hilton and this is not it. Not Disney worthy either. Messy, crowded, hot, disorganized, and pathetic.

This hotel is a dump, a disgrace to the Hilton brand. As frequent travelers and HGV owners, we have experienced many Hiltons across the country and even the world. This building is old and run down, has a musty smell, has peeling paint and stains throughout, and lacks basic necessities for a comfortable stay. We did not have hot water in the shower for most of our stay, the couch bed blankets were worn and coarse (and we were not given better ones upon request), and the pillows must be as old as the hotel. The outlets were coming out of the wall which proposed a hazard, as well as bent the cords of some of our smaller appliances. The restaurant is very overpriced and when we tried to purchase from the convenience store, there was not an employee in sight. Furthermore, the complimentary bus service is a complete hassle. They overbook and do not guarantee that you’ll make the time slot you reserved, then several of the drivers yell at passengers instead of helping them with their concern of having to wait another hour for the next bus. Most of the front desk staff, aside from Ben, were unfriendly and rude when we asked for our daily waters. This hotel needs a complete overhaul to meet even the basic Hilton standards, and we will never stay here again.

They were doing renovations and it looks like it's gonna be a great looking hotel when done. However set aside the drapes covering the work, we did have a good stay. We slept well, they had a very big pool which my son loved so much, there is a free shuttle to the disney resorts etc. they were having a special with one kid eat free with a paying adult so it worked fantastic for me and my son. Breakfast is a Buffett and was pretty good, and we had dinner by the pool almost every night. Julie at the pool bar was super lovely and my son loved her. We will probably book again when we come back to Orlando.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for three days, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, making me feel truly at home throughout my stay.First and foremost, the overall ambiance of the hotel was enchanting. The lobby was tastefully decorated, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in every corner was evident, and it truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff at the hotel were undoubtedly one of the highlights of my experience. They were not only professional and efficient but also genuinely kind and attentive. Whether it was the receptionists who seamlessly checked me in, the concierge who went above and beyond to cater to my requests, or the housekeeping team who meticulously ensured my room was spotless, every interaction left me feeling valued and appreciated. Their dedication to customer satisfaction certainly exceeded my expectations.Overall, my three-day stay at your hotel was simply exceptional. The attention to detail, the outstanding service, and the overall warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. My experience was a testament to your commitment to providing an exceptional hospitality experience. Thank you for making my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning in the future and enjoying your hospitality once again.Rooms: Rooms are clean, pillows insanely soft, great quality TVs? What more could you ask for.Nearby activities: Dinsey World. I didn’t go because I’m not a fan lol.Food & drinks: The food was kinda “pricey”(6 chicken strips w/ fries and 3 shots of Crown royals for $46-50?)But in my defense I honestly couldn’t tell because I had 3 very decent shots with no food in my stomach, tee hee. The shots were normal of course, but they looked more full then most bars in the area so I appreciate that. The food was FRESH, as in if you take a bite, you can see the steam coming off the chicken strips. And lastly, the bar tender got me extra sauces without me having to ask; quality service, right there!

Check-in was great and the staff that checked us in was great. Room was pretty good. There was a lot of construction but it didn’t affect our stay. We were only there for the night so we didn’t take advantage of the shuttle to the parks or anything like that. I had one super minor inconvenience when a vending machine that was handled poorly. Handled poorly because the front desk wasn’t empowered to just refund money taken by the vending machine. It was a pretty disappointing because the hotel staff’s solution was for me to go back to the machine and call the number posted on it. I went back and there was no number on the machine. So I had to call the front desk and it became this whole thing so I chalked it up to a loss. I am only mentioning it because it is so irritating when a business doesn’t take responsibility for issues and expects the customer to do all of the legwork to resolve. If they can’t handle minor issues well I am not sure they can handle bigger issues effectively either.

My experience was very good. The room fit a family of 6 with lots of room, we had a min refrigerator and a microwave. The location is good if you plan on going to Disney land and have a shuttle service. The pool is good to stay open to 11pm and open up at 6am.

This hotel had very nice rooms, and the staff was fantastic! We had the 2 queen bed suite and there was more than enough room for 4 adults and a lot of luggage for a 6 night stay. It was about a 15 minute walk to Disney Springs, a 5 minute drive to Disney Springs, and a 10 minute drive to the parks. We used the shuttle service to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingsom, and it was quick and smooth. We definitely plan to stay here agin!PS There is construction/renovations happening right now (July 2023), so there was a decent amount of noise while we were there. And the restaurant and a few other services were temporarily closed down. They still offered a breakfast buffet in a dining hall. But hopefully they will be done soon. The renovations looked very nice! Can't wait to stay there again once they are done!Nearby activities: Disney SpringsDisney ParksOutlet MallsRestaurantsSafety: We walked to and from Disney Springs at night and felt totally safe in this area. It is surrounded by hotels, so you have a lot of tourists and hotel staff coming and going.Walkability: 15 minute walk to Disney Springs.5 Minute Drive to Disney Springs.~10 Minute drive to all Disney Parks.Disney Park shuttle service offered free to those staying at the hotel.Overnight parking was $25/car.Food & drinks: Basically nothing is open after 11 PM, so get your food EARLY!! DoorDash delayed our food 1.5 hours 2 times during our trip, and cancelled 1 other because the restaurant closed before giving our driver the food (almost 2 hours after we ordered).

Room was great. I didn't know they only cleaned your room every other day but it worked out well. The pool was great but could have used a good vacuuming. The food was great. The smell as soon as you walk in the building is my favorite. Very friendly staff.Bus service was great until the last night we had a rotten egg of a driver who was very rude and ended up making us get off the bus in the pouring down rain. (Complaints have been filed and they are working on righting the situation) but the bus service isn't necessarily apart of the hotel.

We used points for our stay so didn't incur any resort fees that other reviews mention. The only additional cost for us was parking, which was a little annoying since they accidentally charged us for all nights when we just used it for one. No problem, they took the charge off.The room was nice. It was great to have a suite so we could have a little privacy. The room was clean and spacious, and the in room amenities (fridge, etc) worked fine. The hotel breakfast was nice enough but nothing to write home about. I wouldn't have paid for it at the price it was listed for though. As Hilton status members, we enjoyed some amount of money every day towards the market pantry they have on site and that also was a nice amenity.Staff was nice, generally accommodating, and the shuttles to the park were convenient enough every hour. The pool and pool bar are also a nice treat, and quiet, since everyone is at the parks.

There were several highs and lows in our stay. There were things that needed improvement that we shared with the staff directly. Because they resolved most all the issues I would give them a 5 star review.I would like to point out that all the staff were friendly and helpful. However, Julie at the pool bar really went above and beyond. She was so friendly and helpful. You can tell she cares about guests and wants everyone to have an enjoyable stay.It is about a 20 minute walk to Disney Springs. There are shuttle buses to take you to Disney Parks that are free and easy to schedule.

I was not impressed by this location. The room took a long time to cool off. I could tell the interior of the room had been redone recently and that was a nice touch but the bathroom had not been touched. Dont expect daily service for your room at this hotel because if you choose to opt in for service you only get service every other day.Nearby activities: Its about a 20-minute walk to Disney Springs but in the summer this is a brutal walk.
