I have called earlier today to inform them that I have return the car and put the key in their box. The lady was trying to start an argument stating that they last check it at 7am. Like are you that lazy to get up and check the box. Like it was ridiculous!

RENTERS BEWARE! They may have a vehicle for you or they may NOT. We reserved weeks in advance only to be told that there was nothing available and to pick up at the airport instead. Not even a heads up or notification. Rent elsewhere if you don't want to have your time wasted.

Since I couldnt get a live customer service rep on the 800 line. Called this office. Mahshid was very helpful fixing my reservations. But, i glad you have Mahshid working for your company. Glad she was able to fix the problem.

I was issued a malfunctioning rental that could have been dangerous to drive and I was delayed for an important meeting because the car could not be driven at normal speed. I should be given a refund or a free day rental.

After having trouble finding a rental anywhere this place was a life saver. Super easy and smooth. Friendly and helpful people. First time using a rental, glad everything went well.

Never ever, ever rent from this company. If I could give a 0 star I would! Total disaster!!!!! My husband and I rented a vehicle for an an out town business trip hours away. Upon driving to the business meeting we were pulled over in Jupiter by police accusing us of stealing the vehicle. After the cops sent backup and theee cop cars later and being interrogated we explained it was a rental car. The police explained that budget put the wrong tag on the car and the title was linked to a completely different style and color SUV!? We were able to prove the rental information and were not charged, but missed the whole purpose of the business meeting and were embarrassed and interrogated by all those cops. In the end the cops felt bad and provided a case number to share with budget so we could get a full refund back as the cops stated they have been seeing this go on a lot and some fraudulent activity. We contacted budget when returning the car and said they could not refund us that we would have to call for request of refund. Upon called and requested the refund the first person accused the police of being wrong!? What, are you kidding me I saw the info in their database! Next, we got to someone who said we would receive full refund due to inconvenience and not to worry. It has been over a month and no refund. We called today and were told there was no case information on file or refund in the works after hours of phone calls a month ago! Now today we have a new case number and on the phone for more hours and asked for a supervisor who said only a partial refund is allowed and we will not be given a full refund. This is unacceptable and we will be moving forward with some emails and reporting them to the better business bureaus for further investigation. When asked why we can’t receive a full refund they said they didn’t have enough documentation on file. We offered the police contact and case number to the police and the guy on the phone Alex M in Customer service who said he was a supervisor and no one above him to speak to, said no documentation possible would suffice and no one has ever received a full refund no matter how bad the circumstance!? Wow, this is very frightening. So far a partial refund is going through and as stated we will be pushing this forward as to hopefully try and help others not go through the same hell of an experience. The Customer service guy was rude, unprofessional, talking over my husband and made no sense and was lying. To say we could get a refund with more information, but when offered police information said nothing would suffice and no full refund and no one else to talk to I knew something strange was going on. We wanted to speak to someone else to report a complaint, he mentioned he’s the only one because he didn’t want a complain also submitted about himself. He was trying to make deals with refunds that were nowhere close to full just to shut us up. Horrible, horrific and unprofessional all the way around. I recommend to look anywhere else! Just being honest!

Reservation is for 9 am. Nobody in the office but a sign that's "says out in the car wash" . Not only I'm going to be late to my destination but I had to walk all over the parking to fund the car wash and back to the office. My first time using Budget and I'm sure the last. I should have stick with Enterprise like always.

There was information that should have been disclosed when setting up the reservation. We didn't end up renting from them after driving an hour and a half to get there.

Budget will take the reservation online but this place does not know how to keep the reservation (i.e. hold the car)! Called me last minute before vehicle pick up indicating they do not have the car; had to cancel all my plans. Prices for the next day were $100 higher! Terrible experience!
