Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. I had to come back twice to pick my car up because when I originally came the car was filthy. When I came back a few hours later the car was still disgusting and smelled like cigarette smoke. People working there do not wear masks or comply with COVID guidelines. Found half a cigarette in the car and a bunch of ashes. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.

Be sure to not use your debit card at this place. There will be charges that will come out of your account without prior knowledge or phone calls. We had tolls coming out of my account two months after we dropped off the vehicle. Pet cleaning fee without prior authorization taken out of my account. I brought the car back earlier than expected. They could have called and stated that there was dog hair in the car and I would have paid $1.75 to vacuum it out. Problem solved! The last car that I had smelled like weed for the entire week that I drove it. Did they pay for a cleaning fee?Each time that I've called, there's a less than enthusiastic person on the phone with no personality. Today it was Beth who told me that she didn'te have to take care of me at all. She had no interest in doing so. If you are in the service industry, believe it or not that is your job. You take care of people. I will never be using this company again.

Rented a 26 foot truck one way from Orlando to El Paso, Texas. This was a 7 day rental and paid almost $1500. In less than 2 days, the truck broke down in the middle of nowhere. We had to wait hours for a tow truck to tow the truck and then it was towed to our home and we were given only 2 hours to unload the truck in 40 degree weather with my husband and myself. I am disabled and could not lift the furniture. We had to put our belongings on the road. After inspection, our 70 inch TV was damaged by the tow and our dresser with mirror. The company has refused to take my complaint, claim or refund any of my money.

How are you gonna call 30 minutes before my scheduled reservation time and tell me you don’t have the truck I reserved. Your employees are worthless

They deserve 0 stars. It wouldn't allow me to give less than 1. They did not have my 12' truck at the location I reserved it at and only could give a 26' truck instead. No, thank you. They sent us to a location 45 minutes away. They gave us the wrong address. The truck was at a different location. Our phones died and had no directions. We went to pick up our 11:30 rental and did not have it until 3. I had movers scheduled for 2 hours. I couldn't get a truck during my moving window. I had to pay the movers and then only had myself and my grandma to move my house. I called Budget to complain and a manager Mike # 69910 out of the Chicago office said that they have two hours to find you a truck at a different location and it can be a different size than you requested. He said it's right there in our fine print, didn't you read it. I said†the imaginary print that appeared in the conversation I had when I booked it with a supervisor. phone conversation.†He was so rude! He could care less. There should be a law against these companies overbooking. These companies book trucks that they have already rented out in the hopes that you return your truck early which usually happens. They are making double the money or more on the same truck. You get the truck for 24 hours but they ask you how long you need it for so they can schedule someone else for the same truck. Ridiculous! This company did not care about the issues they caused. Not one manager at any of the locations did anything nor did customer service.

Couldn't have been a better experience. No line at the counter, the woman working took just a couple min to process our paperwork and gave us no trouble with the paper coupon we had. A friendly, jokey man pulled up in a gorgeous new Jeep for us with only 5,000 miles on it, for a really great rate. I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews. Perhaps folks only write in when something goes wrong?

The first truck I rented from them drove so horribly and revved up as I applied the brakes and shook violently at 30 mph. Fortunately they had a second truck that they replaced it with.

1 hr 45 mins to get a rental!!!!???? Horrible customer service and complete waste of time. 6 people in line and I had to wait 1 hr 45 mins for a reservation. Stay away and I'm beyond mad I can't even express to you how badly you need to stay away from here

Gave me a truck with 3/4 tank of gas, said I only had to put gas up to 3/4 mark. Did that and returned truck. Got charged at extra 50 bucks; they lied and said I left it at half tank. Complete scam, do not use this company. Last time I rented a truck from them it came without working turn signals in back-- highly dangerous and not even an apology from them. Customer service extremely rude, kept cutting me off asking if I had any other questions while I was expressing my concern. I've been on hold waiting for a supervisor for 15 minutes now, they obviously are waiting until I drop off the line. Completely unprofessional!! Get pictures of the gas tank before you return to them.
