This place is a joke. I rent a truck from budget every week all over the country. Today I waited 3 hours for my truck. That's not what earned them the one star... The fact that they left me standing there with almost no information. I asked repeatedly for an update and all the updates were never correct. When the manager said he was going to get my truck it would take 20-30 minutes it was really 75 minutes. The office lady kept telling me he just texted he's almost here.... Once the truck got here it I asked him how long it would take to get the truck he told me he has to gas it and he had no idea..... I don't mind waiting for equipment I hate being lied to repeatedly.......

This location should be closed down. BUDGET PLEASE CANCEL THIS LOCATION1st Overbilled chargers. They will put insurance on you even if you tell them not to, you try to contact and no one will answer the phone.2nd Budget Customer Service has tried to contact them no answer. NO ONE will answer the phone.3rd It takes forever……….to get a refund. Avoid this location try a different location.

First I made reservations online for a truck to be picked up on Thursday. Coming from another state the guy waited to call me Friday 9/14/2020to tell me he didn't have one at his location and that the would find me one at the last minute. On 9/14/2020 I come to this they had a flag on the phone number, that didn't have to anything with me. However the supervisor fix the problem, the young man AARON THAT WORKS WITH THEM DOESN'T HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, HE OVER CHARGED ME AFTER ME ASKING HIM WILL THOSE CHARGERS WILL GO BACK TO MY CARD, GAVE ME A FILTHY TRUCK THAT WASN'T COVID-19 READY. I TOLD HIM IT WAS MY FIRST TIME RENTING WITH THEM HE DIDN'T SHOW HOW TO OPERATE THE TRUCK OR ANYTHING. I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT FROM BUDGET AGAIN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

(+1) star because the staff is kind and curtious.(+1) star because they had an available rental.(-3) stars because you have to make a return trip to get a receipt because: a. They are not allowed in the truck for 30 minutes after drop-off to get mileage information. b. They cannot email or send a receipt, you must come to the office since their systems can only print to a dot-matrix printer? Call me when you find your way to the 21st century.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Checking in was easy and adding a driver a little later was fine. Prices were 40% less expensive than renting from the airport and it was only about a 10 min Lyft ride.

When you reserve a truck with Budget, they instantly charge you a deposit to "reserve" the vehicle. It is clear that is not the case after my experience. I was called by a Sylvia less than 24 hours before my rental time. She only spoke in vague uncertainties like "We are not sure because our distributor is supposed to call." and "We can't give you an answer whether you show up at 7:30am tomorrow whether you will have a truck." or my personal favorite, "We don't have any 20 foot trucks available for your rental" to which I stated "I am glad I rented a 26 foot truck then." but she said "They didn't have any 26 foot trucks either." This shows that this Budget is so poorly run that they don't have at least 2 of their 3 types of moving trucks. After reading through the yelp reviews, which were far less friendly and seemingly constructed as on Google's reviews, many people in the past year commented that when they arrived they had zero trucks available. At the end of the day to put it simply, don't make a reservation here because despite the fact that you paid valuable consideration they are not actually reserving you a truck...

I have been giving my bussiness to them for many years, but latley spanish older women who works there is very rude and doesn't care even though I told here that I have business close by and trying to give business. I usually don't leave reviews but try it to call Budget customer service and they don't answer their phone tried so many time & they put you on hold and then hang up. This lady doesn't care and I have seen her treating other customers same way. Forget about smile from her she makes it sound like doing you a favor. Most horrible customer service ever ever received. Just to be clear it's the older Spanish women need to get some manner classes. Also shame on Budget they don't care about customers at all.

I booked a truck through Budget's website and got a confirmation. I bought 2 airplane tickets to fly from Atlanta to Orlando to move some household goods that I have in Florida. I got a call 2 days before I am supposed to leave informing me that they don't have any trucks and have been sold out since the beginning of the month. When I asked if they could get a truck from another location, the person on the phone said that they only get trucks when someone brings one to them. There was no effort made to help. All I got was "sorry about your luck." Fortunately, I was able to make a reservation at a nearby U-Haul location. I would recommend that you do the same.

Booked a reservation through the website, printed off my confirmation, and went to pick up my truck. The woman working the counter said "we don't have any trucks, sorry." And without even looking at my printed confirmation asked me to move aside so she could take care of other customers.
