Made reservation a few days ago for a mid size truck Tacoma or similar for the special advertised rate of $134.00 for a week.Sounds good right?We went to pick it up and they didn't have a mid size truck we reserved,but we get a free upgrade Truck which happens to be a Big Dogde Ram Crew Cab 5.7 litters Hemi V-8 engine gasoline guzzler that we didn't want or asked for.Then the male attendant which never mentioned his name to us at all and also seems he couldn't care less one way or the other to accommodate us or honor our reservation as they didn't have any other vehicles available we were told.But if we like to pay $500.00 a week rental then we could get what we reserved since our rate was a online special rate for a vehicle they don't have or a tipical bait and switch job.Untrustworthy business stay away from this Budget rental location and the zero assistance helping attendant.Horrible experience to say the least and the service way below par nonsense.

Terrible service! My flight was delayed 2.5 hours, and at 4 am morning the service desk there was anyone, despite the advertisement that it 24 hours service. When I tried calling customer service, I needed to wait 30 minutes for Agent The only car rental open was Hertz.

Disgustingly shady pricing, met with nearly double the cost that I was originally quoted. I was forced to wait 2 hours in line at the airport just to ripped off for a car that I didn't even request. So far this has been the worst part of my entire trip I hope I never have to deal with these greasy low life goons again. ZERO STARS

I rented a moving truck from this location, Saturday july 24th. Ended up having to call their road side assistance. The mechanic told me the truck tired was missing bolts and their mechanic had the truck towed. This location had the nerves to charge me for extra days for a truck that they towed. Worst customers service. I will be sending an email to their ceo Joe to let him know how terrible of a company he is leading. If you look at their Facebook page it’s nothing but complaints. Hopeful they declare bankruptcy soon and go out of business. I will be reporting them to the department of highways and safety.

Made another rental for tomorrow - March 19th. Based on my previous experience, I called just now to confirm my reservation. Was told the same thing - they have no cars available for me to rent & and can't honor my reservation. I'm not sure what the point of having a car reservation is - if this place won't honor it. Also, they don't contact you ahead of time to tell you this - they will wait for you to show up & then say "Sorry- you're on your own".

If I had a negative star I would use it. As a long-term fastbreak customer the service at Orlandi Airport was awful. I will never book Budget again at this site again. This the third time in 12 months the fast break window was not ready for on-line reservations and long wait to.es for vehicles. As one of the premier vacation spots they are not up to pat with other Orlando service providers.

Same as everyone else - reserved online and they didn't have it when I went in person. I had to get a smaller truck and causing me to take two trips. Also, if you arrive after hours you have to pay $10 for the hotel to valet the truck.

Located in a small side office at the Embassy Suites by Hilton on International Drive (closer to Sea World and the Convention Center area). This Budget facility offered terrific service. Was given an upgrade at no additional cost to my already low fee as they had no smaller economy/compact cars available. So much win! Had no problems with pickup here or dropoff at the airport. Would most definitely use again. Hours - Monday8AM-6PM Tuesday8AM-6PM Wednesday8AM-6PM Thursday8AM-6PM Friday8AM-6PM Saturday8AM-4PM Sunday9AM-1PM

0 STARS IF I COULD. Reserved a truck the morning a day before which should've gave them enough time to realize the truck size I need wouldn't be available. The number provided by the reservation is a fax line so I had to call the hotel where the location is at to get the correct number. Customer service is horrible. They took 10 minutes to get back to me on letting me know my truck wasn't available. This is not the first time this happened and I should've never gave them a try again. But thinking that new management might've made a difference but it sure didn't. Same ol crappy service. Go with U-HAUL for all reservations. They provide $50 if their reservation is not guaranteed. I'm glad I called before I wasted my time driving their to find out nothing was available.

Please do not waste your time and money dealing with this company. I submitted a reservation and received confirmation to then arrive at a location that did not have the truck! I was then sent to a store ten minutes away to be told by the rude gentleman (Orlando) at the counter that they also did not have the truck. Orlando did not make any effort to assist me. I had to call the other location myself to get things in order. After speaking with the other location, they now miraculously had a truck for me. Basically, Orlando initially lied and said there was no truck and also said no one called him from the other location, when they actually did. Orlando was disgusting to not only myself, but several other customers. I filed a complaint with customer service to receive a measly $10 compensation after spending $180+ on my rental. Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Needless to say, I will NEVER rent from this company again.

I have rented from this location several times and had fantastic experiences, so it was a no brainer to do so again. I'm not sure if management/ownership has changed, but the new employees leave much to be desired. I arrived at the office this morning (confirmation number in hand) to find that not only did they not have a truck for me, they had moved my reservation to a location half an hour away without any kind of notification. The man behind the counter showed me his screen, told me I had no reservation, and added a cold "What do you want me to do about it?" It was only after we called the main office to figure out what happened that he begrudgingly did the same, all the while laughing and joking with his coworker in Spanish. Appalled by this lack of customer service, I immediately called my local Uhaul, who called around and found me a truck in a matter of minutes so I could keep some semblance of a schedule with the movers I had also booked for the morning. Budget, the actions of this location have cost you a customer for life.
