visited today, 01/04/26 around 4:00 PM, and had such a great experience thanks to one of the sales clerks. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name( he had a face mask on) =) but he was very kind, friendly, and polite throughout our visit.
He made our visit enjoyable, and had such a positive attitude that truly stood out. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who clearly enjoys what they do and treats customers so warmly.
Build-A-Bear at ICON Park is lucky to have him on their team. Thank you for making our quick visit extra special! We’ll definitely be coming back! =)

Angelo, Vicky, Kalani, and JoJo were absolutely AMAZING. Every customer that walked in during my visit (including my boyfriend and I) received genuine, individualized attention. Nothing felt rushed or generic, and everyone in the store had their own little moment. I even got to do my own heart ceremony again, which I haven’t done in ages and honestly loved. I was on vacation from out of state and just had to stop in. As a former Georgia State Build A Bear employee, I was genuinely impressed with how warm, welcoming, and energetic the entire store felt. They exemplified everything it means to be a Build A Bear Employee. I even snapped a photo of the team because they really deserve to be recognized- they make this location shine. 🧸🩷 This was truly the BEST Build A Bear experience I’ve ever had and I’d come back in a heartbeat. And on a little insider note- our friends accidentally walked in behind me trying to figure out where we went and set off the counter. I walked in wanting to purchase a bear, outfit, shoes, and stuffer but UNFORTUNATELY they were trying to find me. Anyone who’s ever worked at BABW knows that conversion counter is NO joke 😂.These four NEVER even mentioned it and handled everything so gracefully 🥹. I was really glad. Conversion counters can be brutal, especially in a high traffic spot like Icon Park, but they didn’t let it affect the vibe or the experience for anyone. That takes skill, patience, and a whole lot of heart. This team is phenomenal and they honestly made my whole night. I will be back again during my next trip back down to Florida!

We went as part of my friends Bachelorette trip. Angelo was amazing. His quick wit and sense of humor was very entertaining in addition to his customer service! Janice was very sweet and helpful! 10/10.

I took my little sister here for her birthday and the worker Ash was an Angel. I didn’t know what to do at first and I was so confused but Ash was so patient with us and helped us every step of the way. She made my day just by her service and how kind and cheerful she was with us, not only that but she has so much enthusiasm while she's working she literally SANG her own birthday song for my little sister. She was probably one of the best employees I've ever encountered at any store.
Such a 10/10

This place a joke fr. I brought my lil girl in for her bday to get her a bear n gave her $100 to spend. Soon as we told the girl Ashley it was her bday, she rolled her eyes n walked off to the register like we wasn’t even there. She start talkin to some other girl n playin on her phone like she ain't got a job to do. Didn’t help us, didn’t say nothin nice, straight up rude for no reason. My baby was excited too smh. We left n went somewhere else wit our money. Don’t go here if you tryna make ya kid feel special, they don’t care.

Would be no stars but Google doesn’t think it’s fair to rate as deserved. 1 employee a boy who ignored me for half an hour then prioritized everyone behind me after getting paid and I don’t have the skins I paid $150 for or the stuffed plushes! Take your kids to a real build a bear. The 2 employees who do something makes all the difference! Hour now and no service beyond emptying my wallet!

Angelo was absolutely incredible from the moment we walked in. He greeted us warmly and immediately offered to answer any questions we had. Even while assisting other guests, he made sure to help us with everything—from choosing music to picking out outfits and shoes. I’ve never had such a fun and memorable experience at Build-A-Bear. I highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Angelo!

It was my children's birthday. They purchased the birthday bear and an outfit each bear. Angelo helped them every step of the way. He greeted us when we came in. He helped me the stuffing process fun. He also helped with finding the bears outfits. He also let the kids take birthday pictures with the jumbo bear and birthday sign. My children had a truly memorizable first time experience at build a bear workshop because of Angelo. Thank you Angelo!

Not sure her name, regret not getting it but this absolute QUEEN helped me and my friend today. She has dyed curly hair & glasses if i remember correctly??? Very nice & funny, made my experience enjoyableeee.
