Sat at drive through window for 15 min waiting to place my order. Was told to wait a few seconds. Ended up leaving. 2 cars there, 2 cars. Couldn't have been that busy. Just absolutely abysmal

Absolute trash staff more focused on personal conversations and friends visiting then actually doing what they are paid to do. Not employees fault if managers don't correct the problems. Waited so long time enough for one employee who was working an order with 3 other employees at a fast food restaurant to tell me give me a minute 2 times which was actually 5 and 10 mins in reality after 2nd time I walked out and ate elsewhere. To the franchise guarantee you aren't investing in this place because your staff aren't putting money ? n your pocket and your staff could careless because you appear to not care. Time to make some real changes quickly

Okay I pull up to the speaker creew person responded very nice.AND prompt ! ,I ordered.. was asked to drive the to the front I waited about 8 minutes .. woah ! The food wasn't equal with the amount of wait time sandwiches were not 8 minutes HOT especially fries and onion rings were not 8 minutes hot either which I can tell they were just scooped into the boxes AS is .. haaaaaghhhhhhh !

I went to this location a few minutes ago. It is supposed to be open. It was closed. The lights were on. No one inside. Drive-Thru screen appeared to have technical issues. I guess they only open for lunch and dinner. Horrible!

Pulled up to the drive thru and it took them a minute to take the order. Didn't think much about it so when we pulled around to pay, the guy told us to pull around to the parking lot near the door and he would bring the food out. Again, didn't think much about it but just realized there's 6 cars here waiting and 2 employees covering this location. Management needs to do better and staff properly. They were doing the best they could but did not have the staff to handle this location. It's 8:45pm when we ordered the food and they really are struggling. The guy was so nice and had such a great attitude though

I’m putting a negative review because this black guy who works front counter and assists drive-through was very rude on my visit. I did a survey for a free whopper and he was mad at me because I didn’t tell him about my discount until I got to the window, he wanted me to tell him about it at the speaker. Regardless, there’s a certain way to talk to people and obviously it isn’t my fault that this old guy works at Burger King so I would like to NOT be treated like a punching bag. I’m just really tired of people who don’t know how to treat other people with respect.

8 MONTHS PREGNANT & BADLY TREATED by Staff & Manager on Duty!What started with a simple craving ended up as the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in orlando! Im 8 Months Pregnant, so me and my husband decided to go through the drive-through, mamas out there will know how you feet get swollen at this stage and how you feel so tired all the time, as soon as we pulled up my husband asked the lady if they had the snack wrap which she proceeded to say they were out as well as no chicken fries, crispy onions and etc, he replied thank you for letting us know , she said well have a good night then , he replied saying that he still wanted to order something and we just needed a minute to check the app , the lady made a sound like "oughhhh" I looked at my husband and he looked at me surprised, upon checking on the app we saw a promotion for a Free Whooper Jr with a $1 purchase , so my husband told the lady we were ready to order and that we wanted to place 2 separate orders , one for me and one for him but she started to cut him asking him what he wanted, he tried to give her his code but she continued to cut him off saying " is that all "? He said no , my wife has a separate code and order. When we moved to the window to pay the amount due was higher and not reflecting the promotional deal , when we asked her " why is this total , were you able to apply the code for my 2 orders? " she said " OMD , oughhh " that promotion was only valid yesterday ( the national cheeseburger day was on sep 18 23 , we were there today sep 19 23 ) I opened the app and showed her the promotion available today and the code , so she said again OMH oughh you just gotta pay, that is when her manager a lady with braids and blue hair attached to it jumped in without even talking to us , or asking what was happening , yelled at us saying thay in order to use this code we had to do an online order to which we replied that the app gave us both options order at the restaurant or online and we showed her the burger king app and the terms and conditions on the promotion, she then raised her voice saying that we had to have 2 separate orders in order to use 2 codes, so we told her that is what we are trying to do but the agent won't listen to us, as I was saying that she cut me and said " COME INSIDE" and walked away from the window, so me and my husband went inside , mind you my swollen feet were killing me after a long day, when we came inside she finally " listened " to us and help us place the order which the system gave her no problems with the code , all they had to do was take our order normally. The agents were so rude, so unpleasant, they were yelling, no name tags, the manager was wearing a black shirt with " RELENTLESS " written on it. She was telling us how stressful the national cheeseburger day was for then and apologized for the inconvenience. I understand stressful days happen however this is not an excuse for you to storm on people or project yours frustrations on them, I myself have worked with customer service in the hospitality industry for over 7 years and I've never mistreated or yelled at anyone. Not even at other fast food chains we were never treated this Badly and I regret not going to a different location but unfortunately my cravings couldn't wait. Pleasee work on training your team there is no need for all of that. Something so simple such as listening to your customer shouldn't be so complicated. This place is so poorly staffed you can expect a 20 minute wait from a mobile order at the drive thru even when there are no other customers EVERY TIME !

The staff is always amazing. They're always so friendly and quick to come to help you.
