They are often short staffed and out of common food items. The staff that are there are rude and often don’t want to substitute an item they don’t have that you've already paid for. The floor is always empty and year I was kept waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes.

They never want to change the coupons they send home. I went with my family and they told me that I could only change one and I went to another King burger and they changed them calmly without asking anything and in this burger they even sell you the sauces when those are free and In all of them they give me sauces except

Staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Wouldn’t let me finish my order via intercom and I had to pull around myself because they completely stop responding. Then when I asked what happen this grown lady that could definitely be someone grandmother wanna have an attitude rolling her eyes all because I asked if there was a reason why they didn’t let me finish my order. I’m a bank manager and I know that customer service is imperative to have a successful business. Hence why I didn’t fuss or fight with that worker I kindly requested my order to be cancelled and left. I refuse to have anyone that is so bothered and miserable by there place of employment to prepare any meal I consume.

The morning shift with ms Deb is the first and only time I have went to this Burger King and received my food in a timely manner. The night shift is horrible. You have to wait 10 minutes just to place your order and them 10 minutes you're sitting at the intercom not in a line. Night shift is horrible
