I've been here twice, and the decor is fun but both times the food has taken forever and has been cold. It never seems to be crowded, despite being on I-Drive. Make of that what you will. There's too many other options nearby to make the mistake of eating here a third time.

I would write this review on the food but the staff refused to serve me. They rudely exclaimed they couldn't hear me and made ordering too much of a hassle leaving me no choice but to leave empty handed. They also claimed items shown as available on their app are not available.

On my first visit I bought fries and mozzarella sticks. The fries were ok. The mozzarella sticks were hard. On another visit I bought fries. The fries were hard and greasy. It tasted like they were refried. I hate spending my money on food that isn't edible.

Possibly cool retro theme spoiled by its filthiness, food was cold, one soda machine damaged and the service was done with a scowl. Good thing I'm a tourist and probably will never come back.

The food was served cold and the order was wrong! The guy who sold us was more upset than we were! He proceeded after handling money after cashing to use his bare hands to redo our sandwiches! We immediately called a manager!

I am utterly dismayed and compelled to share my recent appalling experience at the Burger King managed by Yadira. My visit, which should have been a quick stop for a fast meal, turned into a prolonged ordeal due to the manager’s gross mishandling of the situation.Yadira, completely overwhelmed by an Uber Delivery order, instructed the new trainee, Malik, not to take any more orders. This decision led to a significant delay for customers in the restaurant, including myself, an elderly couple, and a family. We were left waiting for over 10 minutes - an eternity in a fast-food context. While I understand the pressure of a large order, the essence of fast food is efficiency and customer service, both of which were glaringly absent.Furthermore, Yadira’s behavior towards Malik was unprofessional. Yelling at an employee, especially one in training, is not only poor management but also creates a hostile environment for both staff and customers.The climax of this unfortunate experience was when I voiced my dissatisfaction. Instead of handling the situation with the professionalism expected of a manager, Yadira flatly refused to take my order, stating she had the right to deny service. This decision led to the departure of the other waiting customers, all of us united in our disbelief at such unethical conduct in a customer-focused business.This incident raises serious concerns about the management at this Burger King location. Fast food might not be the healthiest option, but its appeal lies in its speed and convenience, both of which were absent under Yadira’s management.Response Needed: I urge Burger King’s corporate office to address this matter promptly. Customers deserve respectful treatment and efficient service, regardless of how busy the store is. What actions will Burger King take to ensure that such incidents do not recur, and customer satisfaction remains a priority? This experience has significantly tarnished the reputation of your brand in our community, and immediate corrective action is necessary to restore faith in your commitment to customer service. I wish I had the words to adequately describe what all is wrong with this Burger King. I like Burger King so I've tried three or four times to get food from here and the scenario was the same- coal Burger on a stale bun and waxy french fries served with a flat softdrink... And the employees are not nice... There's just nothing good about it.

Had two breakfast sandwiches and they seem super expensive. The food was so-so, the service was so-so...but fast service. It's not a bad place to grab a quick bite before your flight leaves. The location is very convenient too, regardless of where your gate is. They keep the place clean which is nice. Most of the staff is nice here.
