ABSOLUTELY in sane!!!! Store is a mess. Now the part that really upsets me is that there are only 2 registers open with a line of up to 20+ people. Makes no sense AT ALL. The workers who are on the floor should come up to the regsiters to help with the line and than go back to the floor. The cashiers are NOT apologetic AT ALL about the time the customers are waiting on the ridiculous long line. Come on Burlington DO BETTER.

I am in the burlington at 7475 Colonial Drive. It's mid day on a Saturday. I don't understand why there is only 2 registers open. I've been in line for 30 minutes and when I asked about additional cashiers they said they did not have any. This is not the first time I've experienced this store apparently being short staffed. There is still 7 people with full carts in fron of me till I get to the register. smh

No 2XL 1/4 length coats.š

We waited in the check out line for more than 1hr because there was 2 registers open. After politely asking if they could get more help at check out, 1 additional personnel was added making only 3 registers. The line was ridiculous.
We do not recommend this location! Especially on the weekend.
The girls are profession and nice is the only positive feedback I have.

I live 5 minutes away and would love to shop at the Burlington close to my homeā¦.. bit instead I have to drive 30 minutes away to winter garden because this store seems to not care about peopleās time. Every time I walk in this store there is 2 cash registers open but four employee working the dressing room the wait is ridiculous. I am very upset. This needs to be fixed asap. Management does not know how to manage.

Avoid if you don't urgently need anything they are extremely short on staff and management doesn't seem to care. Who has 3 registers open on a busy holiday.

I wish there was a way I could give you guys zero because you don't even deserve 1 star. I bought a shoe for my Husband anyway it could not fit him so I returned it. The manager refused to take it back. She was very nasty and rude about it too. She was very racist and very unprofessional .I will never ever Shop at Burlington ever again. So ppl please be aware make sure the stuff fit before you buy it .or u will be stuck with it .they will not take it back .and this is the store on 7475 west colonial Dr.. you have been warned ā ļø this manager is driving away customer. Pretty soon ur door will be closed. Please review ur management team.

Just waited half the morning in the store for a hello kitty blanket. When turns out the worker was holding it for herself and snatches it out of my hand. And manger didnāt even do anything disgusting customer service!!!!
