The old white lady at the Fitting room is extremely rude and condescending to customers. Especially to minorities and others whose english is not their first language. She's been rude to not only myself but I've also witnessed her being rude & hateful to several other customers for no reason at. I don't understand why she still has a job with that type of attitude.

2 fantastic scores! Went shopping for a heavier jacket because I'll be traveling to a colder climate next month. I didn't know what kind of jacket I wanted, and since it's been really cold here, I wanted something that was kinda lined with something soft and warm. When I walked in, there front of me was the most perfect black fuax fur and lined cape with a hoodie! 😍 Then, as I walked down the aisle, this lady took another jacket that I admired but later put it down. That became my second score! I am not an animal print kinda gal, but I had to have it! 🤩 I couldn't believe my luck! I am very happy with my findings! 💜 Thank you, Burlington Coat Factory! 😁👍

Sadly, I have to give this Burlington location one star after what happened this evening. I've previously purchased here, but the service we received today makes me longer want to come back. I was at this Burlington this evening with my very elderly grandmother, and at some point she needed to use the bathroom. It is locked with a number combination, so I go looking for an employee who could help us, as I've done on previous visits. Found one lady, an employee who was hanging a shirt nearby, and when asked if I may use the restroom, she became extremely rude and said "You need to ask the people at the front, THAT'S THEIR JOB TO OPEN THAT DOOR!". First of all, there was no one at the front, only the ones working the cash registers. And two, no need for such a horrible attitude and yelling. I ask this rude employee if she means that I should ask at the register, and she again repeats the same comment with the same horrible attitude. At this point, I'm getting ready to ask for a manager, but my grandmother calmed me down and said, let's just go somewhere else with a bathroom. Which we did. Definitely don't recommend this Burlington, and we are not coming back to this location again.

The employees look like they hate working there. When we went to try on clothes the lady was short with us. The lady who cashed us out was snotty and rude. What should you expect from a person named Clarissa. Take it down a notch.

Attention today around 4:50 I was walking with my nephew in my arm and I lost the key in the store and they were not able to announce it, I spoke with the Manager and she did not want to do it, I was desperate with my car outside, It was very bad that she treated me, her name is Viviana, I approached her in two applauses, some clients were more worried than her, turning their backs on me, terrible customer service, the client is always right.

The secret shoppers/loss prevention at this store are large men who follow you and record you while you shop. It’s an incredibly uncomfortable experience. I wanted to wander and Christmas shop but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Then at check out, the cashier told me the doors were going to beep on my way out but to let the door attendant know I was okay. 😅😅 I got the full criminal treatment.
