Extremely disappointed with my experience! The cuisine offered at this establishment hardly resembles anything close to authentic Mexican or Tex-Mex fare. Take, for instance, their so-called "cilantro rice," which is nothing more than plain boiled rice with a scant sprinkle of cilantro on top—hardly worthy of the title. The vegan chorizo was overwhelmingly salty and failed to deliver any satisfying flavor, while the portobello el pastor dish left much to be desired, as it was dry and lacking in the succulence one expects.Adding insult to injury, the portion sizes were woefully inadequate considering the hefty price tag. To add further disappointment, when we requested salsa picante, we were given what purported to be Cholula sauce, only to find it was a deceitful substitution of Tabasco sauce in a Cholula bottle. It's bewildering that in a melting pot like Orlando, with its diverse population hailing from Mexican, Central American, South American, and other Latin countries, the culinary offerings fall so far short of authenticity. One can't help but question the wisdom of not tapping into this rich cultural tapestry to ensure a more genuine and satisfying dining experience. It's a missed opportunity and frankly insulting to the discerning palates of their patrons.

Very comfortable internal environment, with upholstered chairs, quality music and air conditioning.Very reasonable Mexican food for a park. It was the best we ate in the last 4 days of the marathon (Disney and Universal).Note: real dishes…..no one deserves to eat out of cardboard boxes

The food here was definitely cheaper than other restaurants at Orlando. The staff is friendly and hardworking, and cleaned the tables after each guest left. They do not take tips, so that provides some more savings as well. My wife and I did not eat at any other restaurant in Universal after we found this place. Service is prompt and you do not have to wait as long as you have to do in other restaurants.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options.

It was the worst place I have ever ate. Order tacos. They might have been two inches long. Gave us taco Chips no salsa. Had to order it separate. Ridiculous

First of all, you must order from the app. Most people don't install the app.The food took forever. The servers are very disorganized. People kept complaining and asking where is this where is that. Very disappointing!

We understand that during NYE, the crowd is probably quadruple, but there were a few issues during our visit with this order process/table delivery. The app takes forever to download - technology is far too advanced for that! Our order took 45 mins more and it was not hot - just warm. The restrooms were not maintained - stalls not equipped with full toilet paper rolls. I would suggest an hourly check in. I would also ask that the app that we have to download would automatically provide the table number - an extra step not needed...and new hire guidance to know each of the table numbers/locations, as our waitstaff was not aware. All food should report to the table at the same time - not separately. This is just a "chipotle style type restaurant. The staff was great with our questions and issues - but these questions and issues should not have been addressed in the first place. We want convenience and ease. Please adjust so that when I return, there is no question that this is the best place on earth! From: "maybe a future return patron" Thank you.

Definitely overpriced.Food taste not good at all for that price. Is it me or is it normal that in America, fork is being used for eating rice, instead of spoon? If it is, it is extremely stupid that they should start to acknowledge that spoon is the appropriate utensil to eat rice than using a fork!?????????????The kind old lady waitress finally came back with three spoons after a while. Effort appreciated.Definitely won't go back to this eating place again. From Singapore

This place is horrible!!!! We ordered, and this was supposed like a fast food place.Everyone had gotten their orders first and they came way after we did. Then we asked them for our food and it was waiting in the kitchen for over 40 minutes. The food sucked it was way too cold and soggy. We missed over forty minutes of rides and they just gave us our money back they didn’t even give us a fast pass! If I could I would have rated this a zero. You ordered with your phone not even a real person.

!WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!We feel ripped off and spat on. Horrible service, bad bland food, very bad drinks. The place was not busy and we had to wait over an hour before our food came out. $16 "Tacos" are tiny amounts of chewy meat with a minute sprinkle of cheese. $6 Chips and queso was a big bowl of chips with a spoon full of room temperature queso. $14 Margheritas were half ice and probably all cheap marg mix. No tequila. By far the worst food and experience at ANY park we have been to in USA. I don't even know how Universal can have this place operating. Disgraceful. To top it off you have to pay on mobile in advance so you are screwed once your food comes. Just take some cardboard with you for lunch. It has more flavor.

Took 3 tries to get our order right. Small portions and plain. At $16 a plate, it’s a rip off.
