Seems like they just didn't want to do the job like they weren't looking for the work they were more interested in telling me I didn't have an appointment to get an auto body assessment didn't you even try to make appointment the next day it just seems like I was wasting their time

Great customer service and body work. I used Caliber Collision after a fender bender, as they were in network with my insurance company. They were very communicative and tried to get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I worked with Dalton and several other employees throughout the process. I would recommend this place for body work and a stress-free experience!

I’m blown away by the entire experience at Caliber Collision in getting my vehicle repaired after it was rear ended. The entire experience went smoothly with no additional stress for me. When I dropped my car off for repairs I was provided a loaner car. Caliber Collision kept me informed of the progress by text as they repaired the damage. When the car was finished and I went to pick it up I was so grateful that the work done on it was outstanding! Everything was perfect, even the paint color. Everyone I encountered at Caliber Collision was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Spoke with Leo. This is a great shop. They really do take care of their customers even if an issue arrises from a repair that’s not necessarily their fault. I have a Mazda and the cheap plastic around the wheel well and fenders are very insecurely attached and are prone to come off with wind etc. Manager Leo is very understanding and a great communicator.
Spoke with another manager today 7/11 - Extremely professional and pleasurable interaction. Highly recommend this shop.

Had a accident and took my car to caliber for repairs this is my 2nd time using them allways was pleased with the work and customer service will definitely be going back in the future if ever need to..I recommend them highly they do great work and have lifetime warranty on there work!
