You never want to need a service like this, but honestly if you do. Do yourself a favour and contact Caliber Colision. Second one I walked in the door to picking up my car was THE BEST and PROFESSIONAL and KIND and KNOWLEDGEABLE group of people I could ask for in this adventure. Carla handled my case and this woman is a beam of light in the car acciden/issue world. VERY IMPRESSED! I couldn't believe they fixed it, fixed it well and my car looked brand new again.

My name is Delano and I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Their customer service is unmatched.The entire team here is phenomenal, but I worked along side Justin and he was stellar, replying in a timely manor and consistently keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle and estimated completion date.My Vehicle came out looking as new as they say I bought it, maybe even better actually. Just went today Thursday 22 to get my vehicle examined I was interested at first but the lady at the receptionist had a very nasty attitude and was incredibly rude I really thought about leaving my car at this place because if the people they hire act like this who knows how they will fix my car.

I don't doubt this place can do good car service. But customer service was a different story. On the phone, Carla, a service advisor, sounded confused, disinterested, lethargic and unsure on how to properly assess my questions. She also didn't bother on double checking my information I provided to authorize me for an estimate on a repair. It was all wrong.Margarita just sounded condescending and belittling when she updated me on the estimate. She was straight forward, but lacked any professional tone.Both felt like they were going-through-the-motions with no real sense of benevolence and if that's the standard for this place, then job well done to them.

I am solely giving this place a 1 star due to the customer service from manager Jenatte. I called in because I was promised a detailing as “customer appreciation” for my car being serviced. I was told by the establishment that they will detail my new car instead of the car they worked on since I was turning in my lease & getting a new car. I was excited for the detailing service & Jenatte told me they would not honor it because those weren’t the rules. She cut me off a lot & told me they didn’t owe me anything when I was trying to find a resolution. It would be nice for a company to keep their word & if they cannot offer that to at least offer something else or let me know they will keep me in mind when a new special comes along. I was very kind, if that is what customer appreciation is…then I won’t be going back. It’s less about the service & more about customer service & how you talk to people.

I had ran into an issue with my car, I took it in and they took care of everything really quick. it was Thanksgiving too and car was in and out in less than a week. all area of damage looks like it never happen. details and information really quick.
