Caliber Collision Silver Star Road, not only performed all repairs required to return my vehicle to it's original condition. They are Highly trained and professional from the moment I walked in. My first point of contact was with Destani Thomas ( Service Representative).She provided excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in her position. Followed by Victoria Walden ( Service Advisor). She was the primary point of contact. She consistently updated me on the progress of my vehicle explaining repairs and maintenance. She went above and beyond setting expectations for the next step providing comfort and ease, very high relevance. And, work closely with the technicians carefully evaluating visible and hidden damage to create a detailed and accurate repair plan. " AWESOME JOB ". Also, Todd Martin ( Service Advisor). I didn't personally meet him, we did speak over the phone with an update, very professional, knowledgeable and open to any concerns I may have had. Kudos to the team, I Highly recommend Caliber Collision, the best service by far....

And Caliber Collision delivers once again!! Only a week prior to my 2nd accident Caliber did an amazing job with my bumper!! Then the unfortunate happened! I got rear ended (no injuries and everybody was ok). Thankfully I knew exactly where to take my car for repairs! Caliber in Silver star Rd, I contacted Natalie and her and her team just went extra miles for my repairs to be 100% and as I mentioned! THEY DELIVERED!!!
