The strangest experience on the 5th of July 2024
Walked in and was greeted by a female employee. Who then proceeded to stare at me the entire time I was in the store (<5 mins) to browse. Not in a helpful I’m here if you need me way, more of a you don’t belong here or I think your stealing look. Turned to her and audibly said “I definitely don’t want to buy anything here” and she never missed a beat just stared like a crazy person. I absolutely did not feel welcome here. Would not return especially considering the price point compared to the level of customer service you receive.

They had a promotion of 59 per set, I bought several sets and when they gave me the bill the numbers didn't add up. When I checked with the calculator item by item I realized that they had charged me a difference in favor of the store that they never knew how to explain to me. what was he referring to? Their charging system is not accurate and it seems like theft to me that they deceive customers in this way. We took out the bill in the store and no one could explain where that extra charge came from. I like the quality of the product but Totally Disappointed in the Florida mall store

Will continue you report this company due to having people such poor management. I’ve encountered discrimination, harassment, micromanaging, belittling a lot more while working for this company at the Fl mall location. Being called b**** in a jokingly manner by your “manager” &Human Resources do nothing about it . About 5 of us were victims of this .I was the only person of color working there so imagine . Lisa Martinez to be exact , June 2022 . I got fired for coming in prior to ,she herself never did her job how she was suppose to . So many different things to talk about but I states the biggest . I have witnesses & names to testify !!!Do you know how uncomfortable toxic that environment became after dealing with such unhappy soul . No one ever stays at that locations & it’s sad because the place has lots of potential. I brought in damn near $10-150000 a month for this company & still get treated unkindly. So unfair & I’m still unsettled about this till this day .

Go here FIRST if looking for suits at the Florida mall!!! Super great, trendy, affordable bathing suits. Lots of options and combinations.i got a beach bag and sunscreen with my purchase and I love this sunscreen! Both girls working about 10 days ago when I went were SUPER helpful and nice! They recommended some things that would look good on me that I never would have picked out myself but actually ended up looking stellar! Way cheaper than the other swimwear store at this mall!!! Bad experience definitely not going back and not recommending to anyone I know . Not sure what kind of company is pushing their workers to be rude because they want to count how much traffic they get in the store vs sales. Bottom line you will be welcomed once if u go out and want to come back or decide to take a call or would like to come back after you think about it prepare for push back! Definitely not customer service oriented no matter how good ur products or cheap prices you offer good luck lasting in the states! Don’t be surprised when it doesn’t work for you coz you forgot the hospitality in Italy.
