I'm a pharmacist. I also have to deal with pharmacies for elderly family members that need medications. I know CVS from experience working with them and within Target. This location is ill equipped to handle any sort of volume that is above 100-150 scripts per day. Techs are poorly trained, rude, lack manners and just do not care about their job or the customers. The pharmacist does not lead them and it shows. Medication error is a serious issue here as they seem to cut corners when inputting prescriptions without checking DOB for matching names. Have had my grandmothers profile mixed up with another person of the same name. Totally different medication and doctor. Steer clear of this location. Go to Costco.

This particular CVS Pharmacy is located on the corner of East Colonial Drive and Goldenrod Road. Like all, or at least almost all, CVS Pharmacy locations that I have been to, there is an appropriate amount of parking.The staff is friendly enough and this location has the usual items that you would associate with a CVS Pharmacy. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular CVS Pharmacy.

Review #915 What can I say about a CVS pharmacy that hasn't been said before. This is your local neighborhood pharmacy, one of our go to places. CVS is in a head head competition with Walgreens, and all the other pharmacy players in the area. They are great supplier of health and beauty aids, some food items, paper products and greeting cards. One of their really cool things is their rewards program. Do yourself a favor and sign up for their rewards program. You get about 7 miles of cash register coupons when you ring up the purchase. Also they will send the coupons to your app. If you buy vitamins and several other products here and you walk in with a 30% off coupon, that is a significant savings. Tough to leave and go to a competitor. If you haven't tried CVS, I would encourage you to give it a try.

This CVS is an abolitionist. Anti-Semitic. Anti Islam establishment. All these people do is judge and judge. I luckily am not a victim of this as I am a good Christian but the things I have witnessed in here. Believe me.

Easy in and out to pick up quick supplies or groceries. Pharmacy is helpful and quick to fill prescriptions. Good variety of items to choose from

It can be a little tricky getting into this CVS. Try the entrance on Goldenrod.

Unacceptable to tell customers 35-40 minutes if it will take 60-75. A real estimate should be given, as this can be the difference in leaving and returning, running errands in between, etc. Estimation should be more accurate, not half of the time it will actually take. As a medical provider, I'd be happy to advise my patients to go elsewhere.
