Went today to buy some things that my son needed. Ive been a credit card holder for 4 years now. Never had an issue with buying online and at store until today. I forgot my id at home and when I went to check out with hundreds of dollars worth of clothing they didn't let me check out. When I asked them if they can verify with another form of id or other documentation with my legal name on it they said no. Never missed a payment and they couldn't make an exception that day is just poor member service. I am a manager and would've definitely made the one time exception. When I called they really didn't show any concern I guess business and good customer service is not their priority. They saw my account had never had an issue and I was willing to call my husband to take a picture of my id. They just said no. Embarrassing to me had to leave all of it on the counter in the middle of the store and left with nothing.

I visited your store on 2/5/23. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Vivian. Vivian ask if she could help me which I needed,she helped me find a shirt for my grandson for Valentine's day and showed me a couple other clothing items . I ended up buying an extra item which my grandson will love. Thank you Vivian for such great customer service. I hope when I come back you are there you were such a great help.

more than 5 years, living every week in this store. Today I'm about an hour late, and they didn't want to receive my order because I was going to pay with my husband's credit card. I have always done it, and it is fine I accept his rules, but in this case I felt it as racism on the part of the lady. I showed my license with my husband's last name. I have done this for more than 5 years without any problem. and this lady did not want to accept my request. it was extremely racist! I will stop shopping with you

Today I went there around 11 am to get some clothes for my son. As soon as I walked in the employees welcome me but they were checking on me constantly which make me feel weird. After I spent almost an hour in there I went to check out. The lady asked me if I wanted to apply for their credit card and I told her we already had one. She said that it wasn’t on my profile so I explained her that the card was under my husbands name, she told me I couldn’t use because I wasn’t an authorized signer on the account and ask me if I could contact my husband to ask him to put me as an authorized signer on the acct. I told her he was working and offer to show her his ID with mine just to check we both had the same last name but she refused to it and said it was a store policy, at this point I asked her to make an exception because I drove 40 min just to get clothes and my baby was already hungry and she still said no. At this point I left the store. I felt they profiled me so I called a friend that has carters credit cards under her husbands name and she said she was never asked to be an authorized signer or whatsoever so to double checked I went to a different location and I was able to buy my clothes using the card they didn’t accept me to use. Are you serious? That is just wrong, profiling someone it’s completely wrong and you need to fix it. I felt humiliated in that place.
