Horrible service and awful manager. Had a 3DS set aside to come in and purchase, was told it would be between $50-80 at first. Then the price changes to $100, no room for negotiation. Then I get a call that even though I had been assured I could come in later in the afternoon and pick it up, the manager sold it out from under me to another customer without giving me the opportunity to come in when I had already set aside time in my day to drive out for it. No idea what their problem is but I will never be doing business with this location again

I'm so disappointed with cash America every time ,I try to do business with them disappoint me. I purchased a drill that was not charged and even after, I told the management, voided my purchase only to take $10 dollar from me for restocking fee. I'm so sick of these people, it's not the business as a whole, because Cash America has a lot of wonderful employees, but this one in particular their customer service stinks.

I didn’t know what to expect at a pawnshop, but it was better than I ever could’ve expected. It was very clean and they had a large inventory. All the workers were kind and patient, but the worker that helped me out the most was a lady named Kathy. And she was really patient with me and she helped me out with my loan

They quoted me $140For my canon Monday all I had to was bring charge it was a big Spanish guy with locs .Than when I cameTuesday’s they quoted me a different priceSay it’s only wroth $68 canonAnd Two lens $20 and Canon and when I looked it up $167-$200 without lensThe store is lowballing because he looked at Walmart and since the price was higher than went to some random site checked what he and she would sale it for

They will disrespect you with a lowball, as if you are an idiot and don't know the value of the items you bring in. Obviously they need to make a profit. But they are ridiculous with their lowballs.

I COULD NOT POST UNLESS I GAVE A STARTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!Location 6325 N Orange Blossom Trail #101 TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!Date 1-11-2-24 Horrible customer service !!!!Paid for a 28" chain and received smaller one of 25" I wanted to exchange it, but they were going to charge me for the exchange. I would have to pay much more to exchange it. I decided to return it and they charged me a price of $130 to return it. This all occurred on the same day I went to pick it up.they did NOT take responsibility for their action, and all though it was clear they made a mistake, they did not own up to it. The receipt for the bought item said 28" and I was given 25" instead.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!LIARS!!!! UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
