First time visiting the store. Very nice staff nice selection of items, clean and organized, well lighted. Was looking for pocket watches, didn't have any at this time, will check back soon, going to be looking for a necklace for my wife's birthday.

Michelle definitely went above and beyond! It's always nice to have someone who makes the shopping experience so enjoyable. She listened to my needs and was extremely knowledgeable! She knew more than most jewelry stores! I let her know what we were looking for and she showed us all that was available in what I was wanting. You don’t get this kind of customer service nowadays it was actually very refreshing! Thanks again we definitely will be back!

Big beware! They reverted their policy on returning items. (24 hour policy if the item does not work).
I’m buying a Dehumidifier from them and I’m pretty sure they don’t have tech savvy staff from them. They said once I buy it, its as is, how am I suppose to go home and test if the device actually fully works.
What if Cash America places a broken item on the shelf someone buys it and they cant return it? Seems Shady….
Its better to go to ebay and get purchase protection somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. I asked him over the phone ahead of time and they told me they took this item. Drove here and now they told me they’re not that no longer take the item which they could’ve just told me over the phone it’s not only the day waste my time and gas but they were so snob about it very very poor Customer service I would highly not recommend coming here

This location have over priced designer Handbags, the manager at this location charges more than what the handbags are worth. Manager ups the prices $500.00 to $600.00 dollars More than what the handbag are worth also their mostly pre owned, and manager price all items more than what it's really worth, so people. Please do your homework and shop. Around, to make sure you're actually buying for the right price, please dont overpay. At this location be careful.
