We had done research on a new mattress and had narrowed it down to 2 before walking in to this store. Gilda was very knowledgeable and helped us in our decision to buy the Snow Max. The other gentleman in the store (didn’t catch his name) even wheeled the bed out in the rain and helped us get it into our car. Gilda gave us helpful advice on when to turn the mattress and how long it would take to break in. If not for that, I would’ve been ready to return it the first week as it was extremely firm right out of the box. Only negative is that Gilda said she’d be checking in with us throughout the first month and we have not heard from her.

Both of our sales associates, Gilda and Bill, were very helpful and knowledgeable about sleeping styles and habits. They have a variety of mattresses to try. We liked the casper snow more than the snow max, which is what we would've bought online, so I recommend going to the store to try out your mattress instead of buying online. We've had our mattress for about 2 months and we love it!

I came into Casper the other day just because I kept hearing about it, and I’m in the process of moving. The manager Merrari was so nice to me, I love her because even though I told her I wouldn’t be purchasing today I was just browsing and she still talked to me about all the different beds. I definitely will be coming back to purchase with her when I move soon. The dream max is my favorite.

We recently purchased 2 mattresses from the Casper store st Florida Mall.
Our salesman was great. Like an old friend. He wasn't pushy, he let us take our time and make a decision on what we thought would be the best for us.

I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a Casper Mattress at this location! I have been here multiple times, Gilda and Merari have been so helpful and patient with my family and I. They are very smart, professional and friendly people!

Gilda was a huge help. She explained all of the different mattresses to us and let us take as much time as we wanted to test each one out. Bill was very thorough in explaining the testing and return policy. I look forward to getting our new dream bed.

If anyone is looking for a new mattress go see Bill at Casper in the Florida Mall! Because of him we walked away with the perfect mattress for us and left knowing we made the right decision. 11/10 experience!

I highly recommend this store for your matress or pillow needs. I was searching for a pillow and came across this store. The store was very nice, neat and organized. The salesman wasn't your typical there to just make a sale and pushy type. He was professional and understanding and took the time to actually help. I found the perfect pillow for me and i will be back when it's time to upgrade my mattress. Thank you.

We recently purchased a Casper mattress and are 100% satisfied with the product, service, and customer service. We definitely will return to this store in the Florida Mall in a few years to replace another mattress we currently have. They are professional people with warm and caring personalities. They truly care that you are satisfied with your purchase and do go out of their way to make you satisfied. In today’s world this is a rare find for sure. Highly recommend Casper if you are looking for a new mattress. The convenience of being able to throw a king size mattress in the trunk of a sedan is life changing. Additionally, Bill, is one of the most genuine salesmen I’ve ever met. Again, I highly recommend Casper in the Florida mall. You won’t regret it!

Terrible customer service. Sale person was disrespectful. I felt like she judge me as if I couldn't afford their mattress and was immediately dismissed. She gave my family a difficult time as we were looking for a mattress for my daughter. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated as a peasant.

Won’t warranty their mattresses. Slopes at one side. Store admitted they have issues with them. Beware of unreliable company. Warranty just isn’t real.
