I had to drive 45 minutes to a branch to get a new debit card, the teller didn't bother to check and the CVV code is missing on the back. You would think they would have checked out the details of that card. Had I not been a member for 20 plus years I'd be closing my account out because here it is days before Christmas and I can't use my debit card and have to make another 45-minute trip back. Not happy

The staff members are professionals, very friendly, and helpful. I can only speak for my branch in Lake Nona; simply excellent!!!

We just sold a property and the buyer used Centennial for their loan process. To say this was an EXCRUCIATING experience would be putting it mildly. They messed up the buyers loan which ended up increasing their interest rate by half a point, were terrible at communicating, and prolonged the process much longer than it needed to be. Do not do business with a mortgage broker. Find an experienced lender and get the job done right and efficiently!

Wife and I visited this bank today, December 02, 2022! Vilma took care of our needs, opening an account. Truly awesome professional staff taking time to discuss everything.Very clean facility, a pleasant experience. Looking forward to years of doing business! ??

My teller was very friendly and helpful. I believe her name was Vilma. She helped me open an account.
