Very slow branch. Only one teller had a drawer up at first. Eventually someone else signed on to help. Never seen a bank so unorganized.

Applied for a business loan second week of January. Bank agent was very clear that they were backed up 2 weeks. It's understandable. 4 weeks went by and didn't hear anything. Finally reached the banking agent and had to re submit all original paperwork,'it was somehow lost. Said they were swamped but would take care of this application within the next couple days. We're into march now and still nothing, not a phone call or email. At least have the courtesy to say we're too busy look elsewhere. But to be completely ghosted is just not right. I can see why they changed their name. They're hoping a new name will give them a fresh start. New name. Same old customer service though.

I am so happy that I chose to move all of my banking needs to CenterState in Sodo. Mercedes, James, and staff are unbelievable. Such a different experience from dealing with a big bank. I don't feel like a number. They are accessible. They are problem solvers. They care. I'd give 6 stars if that was an option. Easy online access. Thank you guys!
