Almost a month later, and I’m still thinking about how warm and professional Laura Torres was when I first arrived at the SOUTHSTATE bank Branch location. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel truly welcomed to the area—kind, respectful, and patient like someone you’ve known for years.
She mentioned she’s from Colombia, and I told her that makes her a Colombian Queen—and I meant every word. 🌟 Her positive energy and grace made a lasting impression. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or cold, Laura stood out like royalty. She set the bar high, and I truly believe others at the branch (and beyond) could learn from her poise and professionalism.

Worst bank ? garbage service anything you ask they alway have NO or some sort of excuse so please check other options before come here we have several accounts with them but they don’t give damn about it.

I just had to take a min to post about this bank location and it's staff. Without getting into personal specifics, I was in dire straits to say the least. While I'm in the hospital with pneumonia, I had a vendor taking advantage of me. I did everything I could with them so I reached out to my bank for assistance. After getting ahold of a manager there, Solny Valerio, she listened to my problem and said she would get back to me. She not only fixed my issue, she went above and beyond to not only correct my issue but to relate the damage done by the vendor. My son is able to eat tonight because of her efforts & I will never be a member of planet fitness again. Thank you so much Ms. Solny for your professionalism & compassion

The customer service is AWFUL! Whenever you call the corporate number you are rerouted to the branch which offers terrible customer service. The bankers have a terrible attitude and are not willing to help. For 6 months my account had late fees that they failed to notify me about. The app for paying a loan is not user friendly. Take your business else where before you apply for a loan with them
