They've really gone downhill since adventhealth took over. It's almost impossible to speak to someone who can help you in a timely manner and when you finally speak to someone, it usually takes several calls to get anything done. I am happy with the doctors and respiratory dept. though.

Since las Friday I went to a appointment the doctor gave me a new medicine but so far they haven't sent it to the Pharmacy then I give the new address for the new Pharmacy and they still send them to the old Pharmacy which is far away for me. Then finally someone call me but they have not send them yet.
