I'm giving a star because I have to, I get there at 11 no appointment "why should I have to have an appointment anyways?" There is no customers inside and they make me wait?!!! plenty of employees inside!!! After 10 minutes they let me in "not my 1rst time here" is always the same routine but to make it even worse is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! this people are so flipping RUDE!!!! I'm not a window shopper I go to buy or I DON'T GO I KNOW WHAT I WANT IS NOT WHAT YOU HAVE AND THE CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE IS AWFUL!!!! Show me what you have !!! That's your job!!! Don't act like I'm bothering you!!!

So the high-end stores have started this so called customer experience thing where they only let a few people in the store at a time, in theory being to have to somebody who can "help" you, but in reality, it's to hover over you and make sure you don't steal anything or guilt you into buying something... You're not allowed to wander around the store and just look at anything. I wanted to sample a fragrance and had a friend with me who was also interested in it, and this fragrance is of course, only in the boutiques. Nobody was in line, not a single person could be seen inside from outside the glass doors, yet I was not allowed to enter. Little security man told me he couldn't let me in. So thank you Chanel - - you have saved me a lot of money - -I have bought my last Chanel purse, my last Chanel makeup, my last lipstick, my last nail polish, my last eyeshadow, my last skin care, my last sunglasses, my last shoes, and perhaps, most importantly, my last Chanel fragrance, which I have easily two dozen. etc. - - - Chanel doesn't want my money? NO problem... And what the hell is with the 30% rise in prices? Chanel will never get any of my very hard-earned money ever again.

I will not go to Chanel's store in Orlando again, the quality of the sales staff is so bad, the Dior sales staff is really much better than them,One of the Chinese salespeople of Chanel in Orlando is very poor in quality, and I wonder if Chanel has not strictly screened its employees, and the employees are not even polite.

Was greeted by the security door man, he was very nice and we did not wait long. My SA’s name was Bee he was awesome! and he even gave us water while we looked around. I ended up buying some earrings and I will definitely be going back, was treated very well!

I had a pretty decent experience here. I forgot my SA's name, but he was very patient and kind to me when I was choosing my bag. However, I can understand why some people have left reviews saying they weren't treated right. They did make me wait in line to enter despite there was only 1 customer inside at the time. While I was choosing my bag, two ladies came in. I think the SA assigned to them assumed that these ladies weren't purchasing anything based on how they dressed so he told them if they want anything he'll be in the back. I saw him playing on his phone. If that was my SA I most likely wouldn't want to spend my money there either. Thank gosh mine was awesome and I was able to get a new purse.

This store is still doing the fake line and pretending to be busy thing while vast majority of high end stores in second tire cities stop this game. It is utterly rude and annoying. When last week my husband and I went there for a service the store was almost empty. But the security guy told us we need to make an appointment to get in or otherwise we need to wait until they finish with other customers. After a while there was absolutely no person came out, he told us we could get in now! What's the purpose of this whole thing? We felt they used us to make a line in front the shop and to pretend to be super sort after. We were very disgusted. Chanel? Maybe, but never in Orlando one again. This is not the first time they do this to us. I suggest people get their Chanel in Naples or Palm Beach instead, and avoid this store at all cost!

Christmas shopping at the Millenia Mall in Orlando. One of the items on my list was in the Chanel store. It was 11:30 on a Thursday morning, no customers in the store at all. I went to walk in the store, and was asked if I had an "appointment". I was then told I needed an appointment in order to shop. I replied that that seemed ridiculous; there were no other customers in the store, and I was ready to make a purchase. Nope, they said we will make an appointment for you. I told them no thank you, you lost this sale, and all future sales.

Just as the other reviews mentioned, the service at this Chanel is awful. My husband and I recently moved & are looking for a new SA. We got brushed off to the side instead, even though we made it clear that we were looking to purchase a specific bag. The SA, Bibi was super rude and dismissive. It wasn't until we bought a pair of shoes and she saw our purchase history, that she straightened up. She gave us her number and told us to message her about the bag and she will let us know if its in stock. When we messaged her, she never replied back. We will be looking for a friendlier SA or just shop at Hermès instead.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at the boutique, particularly with the service provided by my fashion advisor Na Osuna. I recently purchased a bag, and upon closer inspection at home, I noticed a scratch on the leather and some wear on the gold clasp and little crushed on the top of the bag. It seemed the bag might have been previously returned or used as a display item, as it lacked protective stickers on the hardware. I also observed that these imperfections were present when I viewed photographs I took at the boutique. I attempted to contact my advisor multiple times without success. When I finally reached out via email to inquire about a possible exchange, I was informed that the item was out of stock. Subsequent emails regarding restock dates, potential waitlists, and future price adjustments were met with either vague responses or no reply at all. Regrettably, due to this lack of communication, I missed the window for a potential return.

Giving this star rate for our experience with staff and not the product (obviously). We still bought a bag because it’s beautiful but I advise the manager/executive to hire nicer and more welcoming staff especially this store located in such area.. I agree with many people on how they felt unwelcomed and how the server was rude and was not helpful. My wife and I have been to many other stores and you can definitely feel the difference in the hospitality and treatment.
