We are very happy with Schwab. All of our ATM fees are refunded, from any ATM worldwide. Our brokerage questions are answered in terms we can easily understand. And James Griffin has gone above and beyond in making sure we have everything we need. We will be lifelong customers.

Solange is an excellent CRS. She was patient, thorough, and followed up. She made this initial interaction with Schwab to be a joy. Treated me like a person and not a number. If everyone at the firm is like her, it will be a pleasure to do business with Schwab.

Called 7 times trying to get a human on the phone about a possible event I was invited to that they are hosting. Well after trying 7 times, can't get anyone on the phone, it keeps going to Colorado and they have no idea and asks me to keep calling.Sad that I had money invested with these people and cant get a human being on the phone from this branch

I spoke to a woman at charles schwab by the name of Pauline Peterkin I was shocked at how unprofessional rude and nasty she was I will never do business with this company because of her I hope no one ever experience such poor customer service from an employee she states shes there 22 yrs well at this point she must own the place to feel she can speak to people that was .. sad charles schwab.

I wanted to get their free checking and broker account . I played the stock market while in college, made some good money, back in the day. Too many glitches with their online software. Telephone customer service is hit or miss. I can do better going thru AARP or contacting the stock's directly. I may not be a high roller, but some penny stocks are a great value, and a good investment, and you don't have to go thru a big name broker, to get what you want.

Both Adel Aiken-Brewster & Rashida Randle which are the client service specialists are always so warm & welcoming & easy to have conversation with. They help provide a relaxed environment not to mention the complimentary refreshments which makes for a great pit stop to refresh on hectic days. Thumbs up!:)
