Lots of merchandise and some good prices. However, the cashier was extremely rude and had no business working with the public. Employees don't assist you. I'm likely not returning here again.

It is a great place to shop...there is variety and their prices are very affordable. I do not give it 5 stars because of its policy in exchanging merchandise...since there is no refund of money but rather you must exchange it for another merchandise

I’ve been going to this store for some time and I always liked how nice and helpful the girls are and how organized the merchandise is, however the store is absolute HELL lately. The A/C is not working and it hasn’t been for a few weeks because I’ve been there 3 times and it’s always the same.
The employees were red and sweaty. Literally their hairs were almost fully wet. Humidity in the store was crazyyyy, and we decided to leave after just a few minute looking at clothes. The heat is unbearable. I asked one of the girls and she looked at me with defeated eyes and said she didn’t know when the A/C would be fixed.
Honestly, you can’t be inn that store for more than 5 minutes and the Florida summer heat makes it 10 times worse.

Was in the store 2 days ago and saw an over size shirt that my daughter wanted. Went back today to get it and there was a bunch on the rack with a price posted for $15. Got to the register and it rang in $20, told the cashier and she went to look, I followed her. Got to the rack and she said, the sign is wrong and the shirts are in the wrong spot. So I told her the sign and shirts were in the same spot 2 days earlier to. She proceeded to move them and headed back to the register. I told her that was not right what she said and did. Manager stood behind her and never said a thing. I paid the $20 only because my daughter wanted it so bad and it was a Christmas gift. Will never go back there to shop again and won’t recommend the store to anyone. It was like a bait and switch that she did. Very poor customer service.

The clothes are super cute but they have some of the least inclusive sizing I think I’ve ever seen. I’m 5’6” and 190 lbs, I know I’m not tiny, but I also know there are people bigger than me. And I have only found one pair of pants there that actually fit me. Their sizes only go to XL. And the clothes seem to run small. Honestly I wish they would make some larger sizes.

Yesterday I went to the mall after work when I could and the doors for this store were closed by 840. I've worked in retail for years and NEVER closed the doors early. Terrible customer service I guess the associate didn't care about making sales

I was in the Orlando area and walked in to this store. Customer service needs some "tweaking". Waited in line for quite a while while staff chatted with each other, oblivious to customers in need of assistance. I put my "stuff" back and walked out of the store. Very disappointing!

Decided to come in and walk around the store while I was in town. I opened the door and 5 minutes later was yelled at an employee and told to shut the door next time I come into the store, didn’t quite get her name, she had glasses and brown hair. She appeared to be the supervisor. As she told me that she had rolled her eyes walking away from me. Possibly the worst experience ever.

Horrible experience. Went to the mall at noon when the hour online states it open and it was closed. All other store in the mall opened up and it was the only one still closed. From outside I seen 7 employees walking around. I Called the store and the manger told me they weren't ready to open. But online it clearly stated it opens at 12. With all the business going out of business due to the pandemic, you think this store would be ready on time for customers. Horrible experience will take my business elsewhere.
