Very lazy employees, the entire United States get their social security check one day early except this lousy bank. The employees are too lazy and don't put it in till the day of.

The manager was incredibly helpful and was able to resolve my issue as quickly and smoothly as possible. Wonderful staff, when they noticed a line the team immediately went into action and assisted everyone. Great location.

Firstly, I would like to thank my Chase Representative, Laura Davila.
Never have I been provided such amazing service at a bank. I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect. Laura explains everything so perfectly with patience and a smile!
I can’t remember the last time I left the bank smiling about my experience. I would travel 8 hours just to have Laura be my rep when discussing my banking situation. I would walk over hot coals if it meant that I could bank with Laura for the future.
Thank you Chase Bank, but more importantly; thank you Laura Davila for being amazing.
