It pains me to write negative reviews. But I would implore you to not seek customer service at this location. No one here takes accountability when a mistake was made. They instead are condescending and make it seem like it’s your fault. I mostly use this location for ATMs which is fine but anytime I need service it’s like pulling teeth. The security guard is the only one who seems happy to be there.

Came in to try and create an account stood waiting for 10 minutes ignored by multiple people when trying to ask the tellers are too busy to help anyone and it feels like they don’t even want new people on worst experience I’ve had at a physical bank BY FAR!!!

Really bad customer service, I had an appointment and I arrived 2 minutes prior to the appointment, and no one came to tell us anything, I had to leave cause they told me the person I had to speak with was with another customer, waist of my time.

Hello, we had an appointment with Jonathan Vargas to open an account for me, my husband already has an account with you, we went in to our appointment and no one attended to us, they passed us in front and not even a good morning greeting, the truth is, the staff of this bank He does not have the slightest courtesy or knowledge of what customer service is. So we decided to go to another bank where they knew about customer service.

I have had horrible experiences with Chase and I haven’t had the bank account that long. Chase like to hold your funds away from you and they make excuses that they’ve had 10 million stolen from their company and that’s why they place hold on their clients money. Not worth it don’t bank with them. Huge waste of time go to a credit union. Chase chooses to hold my funds away from me instead of giving me my money this is indeed in their hands. Not to mention the supervisor Jonathan of fraud hung up on me after placing me on a 10 minute hold. How unprofessional . Worst bank I’ve been to this far. They won’t even give you and corporate number to call.

They have a sign on the door, stating the ATM is available from 8am-5pm. It’s 855am it’s NOT accessible and I see employees inside that won’t open the ATM accessible doors for their clients. Horrible service!

We made an appointment on 12/11 for 2 pm to reopen our joint bank account they closed. Arrived before 2 pm, waiting 10 minutes before someone came out and informed us the only banker they have is not in today for whatever reason. A simple phone call this morning to inform us would have prevented us from wasting our time and effort it took to make this appointment as we have a week old newborn at home we had to make arrangements for to come here.

Chase Bank is one of the best banks I've ever dealt business with I highly recommended sometimes you're overdrawn and they turned it around and put it back in your account beyond 5 stars thank you so much in these Difficult times of need.. Every penny counts.??????
