I’ve spent 3 days trying to withdraw money from my account and they are absolutely no help. No matter how many times I verify my identity the ATM declines my transaction and the associates provide no help or solution. I’m closing my account today because of how terrible this has been. I’ve been a customer with them since 2012 and have 3 different credit cards open with them that I always pay off on time. I couldn’t imagine how they’d treat a new customer.

This branch location should be rebranded as a "Chase Express". They are closed on Saturdays, and are limited on real human beings that can help you. They say they don't carry cash at their location?! What the hell? I needed to withdraw $5000 for a project and I could only get $3,000 from the inside ATM. I was told I could get another thousand from the one outside by the woman inside, but when I attempted to do so it had a limit of $800.
I should be able to walk into any of my branches as a client and pull out $5000 at any time. Unacceptable and disappointing waste of my time.
The other branch on Curry Ford is amazing with great people and friendly service. This branch either needs to rebrand as an express branch or shut down because they are terrible.

Went in last Saturday to take money out of my CD and they found the CD but they said there was no money in it. They were supposed to call me back in a couple days haven't heard from anyone.

They literally have zero tellers working here. No way to get anything other than an ATM service or an appointment for a mortgage. Very frustrating to drive out here for that.

I see why they have the rating they have. Someone who works there stood outside with my son and I for ten minutes prior to opening. When the doors open she asked why we were there? We could not be helped. I wanted a temporary card
She then told me how out of touch I was because they havent made them in 6 or 7 years as if other banks do not. She could've asked us that while she was standing there. She still hadn't clocked in yet. As I was standing there getting my wits together, as in what to do next. She kept questioning me about what I wanted to do, like she couldn't walk into the building and clock in until I walked away. What did she think I was going to do because she couldn't help me? I was just standing there. So I guess I needed to make my decision and scurry on and not stand on the property.

I've never heard of a cashless bank before. Why have a bank location if your not going to offer normal services. Walked in puzzled and the women who I spoke to wasn't very polite for being the first person to see walk in. No greetings , her tone was very karen like if I could describe it best. She told me I'd have to use the atm and I had to pull a few thousand and was unsure if I even could from an atm. Luckily despite the cashless bank location you can pull out a few thousand from the atm. Also only 1 atm in the building for 0 cash tellers is ridiculous.
When leaving again this lady not very customer service friendly. Didn't say shit to me. I even thanked them and she wasn't doing anything but looking at people inside.
Blonde older lady. White woth blonde hair and glasses. Thank God this isn't my go to location. I feel bad for people who have to use that as a go to.

Actually we’re the most accommodating people I talked to all morning. The Chase Online and Phone people told me to do the wrong thing emphatically. Those were frustrating but the bank representative (I think his name was Kirk but I was going in twenty directions at nice trying to figure out where I was going next.). He figured it out and helped get it right. Tremendous relief. Very helpful as was the woman directed us to him. He helped us pay off our mortgage easily. He was the only one who knew what to do -Thank goodness he was there. I wished I had his name right.

If I will recommend something if you have an appointment don’t take people before the appointment they are people that are very busy that have to work 9-5 and there time is short. Made me wait 25 minutes. I really wanted to open up my account here but I guess is more important to take the people that don’t have appointments

Awful ghetto location. ATMs are always broken or malfunctioning or vandalized. If they don't want to invest in nighttime security or a 24 hour lobby, then this location needs to just close

Terrible! NO TELLERS inside, 1 ATM inside, drive up ATM is broken! Bank with a credit union these big banks don’t care about you and this location in particular is a joke.
