Complete clown show. Wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never utilized Chase until opening an account a month ago, and I regret that decision. Even though they admitted to a breakdown in communication that ultimately resulted in the closure of my business account and the suspension of extremely important deposits and transactions, the branch manager (Erica) stubbornly refused to make it right. She also refused to get a new account reopen that day (it was approximately 4:45pm by the time we arrived at this matter after discussing the array of issues) so that I could resume business the next day. She only offered coming back the next morning (when I need to work) and refused any alternative, including handling it herself as the manager. Avoid this branch and probably Chase overall.

No tellers to deposit cash. Basically just a building of atms. Which for myself, as a cash paid employee, is incredibly frustrating and sketchy.

Took out all tellers. $3000 max withdrawal at this location. Not to mention this location is in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Orlando. So stupid.

An excellent attention from Joshua Carrasquillo is a very good person. In the bank the attention was fast everything was fine.

I guess chase customer service was impacted after the COVID as well. First of all this location is for "advisory only", they do however have 2 ATMs, one outside $800 max and one inside $3000 max. I had some unknown issues with my card, the rep never explained what was wrong, so I came in to actually withdraw money from the teller and there's none here, everyone is busy and huge line. The reps are irritated which is understandable due to all the people waiting but nevertheless that's what we pay for as customers to be helped and treated nicely, which is not the case in this location. Started thinking of switching the banks even

They don’t have any tellers that can help you or anyone you can ask questions toWhat’s the point of having a bank if you can’t even talk to a teller

Not a full service bank. One of their ATMs has been broken for a week, with no sign indicating it's busted. The other one runs like it's using windows Vista.Very few locations near me which is ridiculous because I live near downtown. Their updates on weekend deposits are sketchy, sometimes they don't show until Tuesday. Going to find a credit union as soon as I can.

This is basically an ATM in a building, not sure why they waste the space. Completely pointless.

Although it took quite longer than I expected to open a new account, the customer service was great and friendly.

I've been a Chase customer for well over 10 years. I recently deposited a check from my part-time employer which I've been with since 2008. When I deposit a check, Chase makes at least $100-$200 available immediately. However, not in this case. The machine indicated that the check would be on hold for several days. If I were dealing with a person, I would have just cancelled the transaction and deposited my check in another account which I have with Capital One. Chase's machines do not have an option to cancel the transaction and give back the check. This is a software limitation on the banks part but they refused to take responsibility and make things right. In addition to this money was being used from my account to pay someone else's Amazon account for about six months. Chase acknowledgd but refused to give me back the money for all six months. They basically said I could only get back three months. Once my money is cleared, I'm going to find a bank that cares about customers.
