Hi everyone, today 29 January we were received at the bank by Pomales Jessie, he did everything professionally and quickly.Without any problems.He was very pleasant to talk to and most importantly knowing that we have bad English tried to explain everything.Such people deserve a bonus.Considering that my husband and I have been to many Chase banks and they were very incompetent people.So this bank was lucky to have this employee.

Took advantage of my elderly mother , giving her 2 COUNTERFEIT 100 dollar bills 😑 simply amazing. Said that she opened the envelope and obvoisly couldn't trust this lil old lady so they wouldn't make it right.

Please avoid having a bad time and being treated like garbage. Do not come to this chase. Rude and unknowledgeable staff to even open an account. Today 09/19/24 none of the employees on duty are helpful.

I came from Los Angeles Saturday. I needed to make a withdrawal from my business account to pay for my brand new office lease. Melanie M. Ballard the branch manager/Vice president denied my request for withdrawl after her and her colleague pulled up internet pictures of "California ID's". She told me my ID was fake. It was very embarrassing! I tried my best to explain that my ID is real and actually is called a "California Real ID". In California we need a thing called "Real ID's" to travel or to do anything pretty much. On a Real ID there is no California Bear at the top right hand corner. It simply says "Federal Limits Apply". After asking numerous times for her to research what this fact, eventually my husband (who is big & black) came in to explain the same. My husband is very mild mannered under all circumstances. He didn't yell or do anything out of the ordinary, yet, Melanie M. Ballard called security and had us escorted out of the branch. I called corporate and sent in my ID. Corporate was very perplexed why my ID was denied and told me in so many words that Melanie M. Ballard is behind on training. Very inconvenient and embarrassing. Racist??? ???

I have worked with other banks, and so far, Chase has been the best one. Angelica was a pleasure to work with. She is naturally friendly, and easy to talk to. She is very thorough with all the information, yet very efficient with time. I’m very happy with my experience at this location! ? recommend!

The atm's at this location can never accept cash deposits. Waste of a trip every single time.

Cesar Valenzuela took me into his office because the manager was at a different branch today and he was the acting person in charge. It was quite a process and took some time to solve the problem that involved the online customer service area but at the end, he coordinated a fix to the issue. Great demeanor and attitude.
