Terrible service, my appointment was at 3pm and they attended to us 40 minutes later and in the end I couldn't do anything, we left dissatisfied and upset

Bad service. The agent who was at the window in the Drive area did not even greet me or respond to my good morning greeting and after waiting and standing in such a long line for than 45 minutes, he told us that we had to go inside to do our activities because we could not do them there.
We gave him the bank slip, ID, and check bank card
Chase has a very bad rude customer service!!!

Chase customer service over the phone is terrible. They have no empathy. I will change banks.

Customer service sucks also but hey want you to have an account to cash checks over 2500 they suck!!!!

I came into the branch, needing a New bank account after years of horrible service with Wells Fargo, Raul Was my assigned banker, He was kind & caring & Patient, In discussing my banking options for a new account, We we were able to agree upon what account was best for me and got me signed up, I would recommend Chase and Raul to any new customer.

The bank is good, except that the ATMs are old and slow and are always damaged, solve that and I will give you 5 stars

They may have just been having a bad day, but this branch was a dumpster fire. They had one teller for the first half hour I waited. He only served 1.5 people in that time because they were chatty. Meanwhile a dozen of us waited. They finally added another cashier after 30 minutes. Never had to wait so long in a Chase.

Cars get broken into even with a hired guard on site!! Beware very dangerous branch!

Great staff, very welcoming, they make you feel like family. Branch Manager was in the lobby greeting customers and checking to see how she can help. It's a very busy branch and the employees find ways to expedite the service.

Thank you to Stephanie for her courteous interactions on my withdrawal today on 7/10/24. She was patient, friendly, and informative about the safety of everyone in the bank when there was a curious police presence outside. Jaiilon the security guard was on point as well!

I visited this branch with my Dad and felt like I was right at home. They were very friendly, patient and professional. The staff was very accommodating in such short notice and I really appreciate that.

Worst possible experience. Bad customer service and the tellers and branch personnel don’t know the scope of their job. They obviously don’t know their own policies, and have not even read them. It’s crazy a customer knows the policies more than than the actual people that work there.
