Terrible customer service at this location, all ATMs are blocked until 9:00am everyday(not working 24hour), also staff is late to open, very dissatisfied with the attention, hopefully someone from higher management sees this review, and keep a closer eye on staff working at this branch…picture attached

The people who work at this chase are very friendly however the branch itself sucks. The drive thru atm almost never works and the door doesn’t work to get to the 24/7 atm inside. If you aren’t coming here during business hours then there’s no point nothing works

Unfortunately at times this location has more people standing aroind then working. One person at the counter two greating at the door and two doing other duties. But 6 customers in line. Do better

I came in to open an account and initially was told I’d be helped shortly but as as time passed and people came in everyone was seen before me and it honestly felt like everyone who spoke Spanish received immediate assistance. I waited until I just decided to leave because I felt unseen. I had a chase account in high school from what I remember it was great but today’s experience honestly broke me.

Don’t go there any sooner than two hours before they close or else they’ll tell you that they need to schedule an appointment and when you tell them you’re gonna go to another branch, they told me that they don’t recommend that so obviously I go to another branch and get what I was trying to get accomplished done in 15 minutes And I was still 30 minutes ahead of when they were supposed to close, but hey let’s keep raising the minimum wage right?
