? I really like the indoor ATM ? because I can deposit quickly or withdraw different denominations quickly, but.....
......I also have had VERY helpful appointments regarding closing and opening accounts and applying for new Chase Bank ? Debit Cards....
....The tellers are professional, courteous and efficient.....
....At the beginning of the month, I can always get like 5 to 6 rolls of quarters.
....I don't know if Chase Bank ? offers this, but when I joined, I needed a closer bank to my new home ? when I was helping take care of my Mom and I found Chase Bank ? close by to Ventura on Curry Ford Rd and they were offering a $300.00 cash gift if you opened up an account with them with a direct deposit, and I did,

My payroll check comes from Chase Bank. They charge me $10 to cash my check. That seems unreasonable to take $10 just so I can cash Written off of their own bank!!

Last week was my first time here at this branch and the staff were very nice. Customer service was great and they were very helpful with my banking needs. No complaints

Carlos Midna made me experience the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got there at 4:30 pm to do a quick wire transfer, and Carlos refused to do it for me because it was almost time to go home for him. The wire transfer takes 5 minutes, and he had 30 minutes left to close. The general manager already got an email about his awful customer service. I want to give a heads-up to anyone who goes to this branch and asks for help. Thank you, Carlos. Make sure you are ready to have a talk tomorrow with your manager about the way you treat private clients.

I like the bank because it's close to my house, but one of the female employees that works in the front is rude and gives me an attitude every time she sees my face. It's a Hispanic woman, she needs to adjust her attitude when she's talking to customers.

This location has one of the best tellers around a shaniece king. She is (everytime I have seen her) the first teller. She is the most "human" employee I have encountered. I only come in to a chase branch to see her. If she moved banks I would to.
