Please do better! At the Sandlake.
Today’s visits consisted of: a cash deposit & a possible notary; however, I was told by the male tell the wait time was more than 2hr🤨😑😶🙃.
Ridiculous 😑😶.
The location on Sandlake's whole staff attitude is below professional & argumentive excluding on-site security who r friendly & professional (specifically the black guard today he extended so much help & courteous.)
The location on West Colonial is much more organized & values us, their clients so I recommend that location only.
In my humble opinion 😇😅.

So, I went to the branch office to make an appointment with someone who could help with dealing with mortgages. I didn't even ask for services for that day. I was met with a response that there's no branch that can handle any mortgage services. I was given a phone number to what seems like a scam company that didn't even relate to Chase by Adolfo Olivo, or at least that's the business card that I was I given.
I'm dealing with a death of the account holder and I need to update the information on the account. I'm constantly being sent back to the customer service line, when I've tried and was previously assured that I would be able to make an appointment with them (according to customer service).
I've been met with similar responses with other branches. I don't know what their training is like from Chase, but it's leaving staff highly unequipped. I don't know what to do at this point but to call customer service again and hope for a different response which is the very definition of insanity. All I run into are people who can't help me but gaslight me that the services and answers will be found through someone else, but not the person I'm talking to.
Well, at least future customers can be assured that mortgage loans can be dealt with over the phone only, and in-person dealings aren't a thing anymore. Just be aware that if one wants to start a lone with Chase, that practically anyone can impersonate you.

Manager never present
And they don’t treat their employees well
This branch need a new manager new district and all
All of the employees look miserable I can tell they stress

I visit normaly this location and like more than 3 months and always Im going is just one ATM working 😡😡😡 no body consider the people go after work and need wait another 30 to 40 minutes for a transaction... I don't understand a good bank no have the time for fix the machine is stupid

There is no help from the staff unfortunately they did not help anyone many of the people do not speak English this is America we live under one roof and one land called America even the manager who is at the door in the front refuses to help there is a man of African origins who is at the front of the door refuses to help unfortunately😔😩

The banker who works in the first office at the entrance on the right hand side, a lady with a thick build, was very rude to me although I don't remember her name, it was Claudia... very rude, she and the person who works here in general, did not offer me a good service… I would never return to this office because of those people,

WOW! Poor/Worst customer service ever. Drive -thru Johanne and somebody else,(I wasn’t able to get the name) Rude and didn’t let me finish what I was saying, and didn’t even bother to ask if I needed anything else which I did, and I had to hit the “call” button back.
