Long lines, only 2 tellers. My Chase in Albuquerque rocks always in and out. Waiting now 15 minutes 3 people have been helped, still have 5 ahead of me.

Wasted an hour and 45 minutes and still did not get anything accomplished took all my information I don't know where it's going to because I did not see him delete it they have my social security number a driver's license information bank card information from another bank and still was not enough for ID told me they can't help me I'm just hoping my information don't get in the wrong hands give him a light bill they say the light bill was 3 days past 60 days and that they couldn't help me

Went through the drive up. Had my paperwork ready for a deposit. Sent the tube, I saw through the window that the clerk was helping another customer, however I could with her to scroll her phone and text while having my carrier sit on the desk for at least 10 minutes before she started preparing my deposit. I'm currently still sitting here. Extremely rude amd poor customer service

It is sad that they do not train their employees well that they need to wait for other employees to assist them. Please train your employees properly. Waiting in line is ridiculously long.

Slowest bank for a simple transactions I have ever been to. I’ve been here on two occasions, and each time it is the saying it was a simple cash deposit $500.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. People unprofessional, they literally doesn’t know how to do wire transfer. They need trained better. Came to do a wire transfer teller gone and disappeared on me! Chase you need to hire more professional and better people to work. Employees like Paola need to find a different place to work!

Not a good branch. Super busy as usual and only one teller. You would think they would be aware of the high volume of business that is done here and would actually have at least three tellers. Cheapo.

Really bad service, people who work as teller doesn’t really now what they doing. They are very unprofessional, came to do wire transfer she can’t do it. Paola needs to go and get different job or trained again. That’s ridiculous. Don’t come to this branch at all!

This location shouldn’t even exist. They simply don’t care about the customer . They DONT WANT TO HELP . This HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MOTIVATED ME TO LEAVE CHASE . They guy straight up lied to me and the girl greater told one of the reps to help me set up Apple Pay the guy completely IGNORED ME . Now I don’t have a card I have to wait 7 business days and can’t even use Apple Pay because the employees there’s ARE THE WORST !!!! The should Be retrained there employees.THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER .
