Absolutely DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Rude, unprofessional, racist, and no customer service is just to begin. My family and I went into the branch to open my high schooler an account. Not only are we customers for over 20 years they hold ALL of our financial assets. And I know we are not famous and we don’t deserve special treatment but to walk into a place where the actual representative is doing everything in their power to not service you, is INSANITY. To put the cherry on top my husband was yelled at by a teller from the other side of the building to let him know there was no banker available. (It seems to be the team meeting quote of the day. The bankers don’t work today)
SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE INCOMPETENCE THIS BRANCH HAS TO OFFER.

The worst bank I've ever visited, I wanted 5 years using Chase's services, and in this branch they leave you standing waiting for 20 minutes at the ticket office when the others were empty and I couldn't make my company's deposits, very bad service and very bad attention, they should close that branch again forever

Unfortunately, most businesses seem to be offering less services while focusing on online business. It's difficult to find a Chase with actual drive up banking anymore, sometimes you would like to have an actual person perform financial transactions for you. Don't go here if that's the case.

Went to the bank for their notary services, they told me they could not print documents there and told me to come back once I put in my documents. I then print on my documents and came back and they asked me to confirm I was a customer even though I had just been there 20 minutes earlier, once I confirmed I was a Chase customer. They looked at my documents and told me that they could not notarize them.
This should’ve been told to me during my first visit instead of having me waste time going back-and-forth.
Also, their bathroom was mysteriously shut down, but the employees inside have to be able to use the bathroom somehow, it’s very unwilling to provide any sort of customer service.

The worst bank closed my account for no reason and now they don't want to return my money from a direct deposit from where I work.

Horrible experience as we walked in there was no welcoming about 15 minutes after got confronted by what looked to be the branch manager with no introduction to be told about an hour or more to them only have one banker, but look to be about five employees in the branch

The young lady with the heavy Indian accent it wears red eyeshadow has horrible customer service never knows how to do her job I never take my checks I’ve been depositing the same checks to the same account for the last 10 months I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she’s horrible

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!
My mom recently visited this bank to make a deposit and had a disappointing encounter that compelled me to share my feedback. The service she received from Jessica D., one of the tellers, was nothing short of terrible, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
Despite her language barrier, Jessica's lack of patience and assistance made the transaction challenging. She refused to take my deposit and she had to switch to a different teller. Her attitude was dismissive, and she handled the interaction in a manner that left her feeling undervalued as a customer.
After seeking help from another teller and a bank agent, she was promised a call from you, which unfortunately never materialized. The lack of follow-up and accountability in addressing the issue further added to my frustration.
Overall, her experience at the bank was marred by poor customer service and a lack of professionalism, particularly from Jessica D. As a customer, I expect foe to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any communication challenges.
I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for the bank to improve its customer service standards and ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and professionalism they deserve.

I want to thank the excellent service I received at that Branch when I went to resolve a situation I had had online because the security department had blocked my credit card and I could not access my application and they assisted me professionally and effectively, but I especially thank Ms. Bruna for following my case until I unblocked my credit card and not allowing me to be late with my payments and damage my records.Thank you very much again Mrs. Bruna.
